easy user friendly but can improve more on the content of the course

One of the questions asked about What is not a nut. I put Almonds as my answer but was put as incorrect, however Almond is actually a seed not a nut.

I'm afraid that in line with the 14 named allergens as described by allergen regulations, they do class almonds as nuts. At a time when inclusivity and diversity are the social norm its disappointing to see a presentation where these are completely absent. Health and Safety in the Work Place is relevant to all – not just (good looking) able bodied, white people!

Nothing went wrong, the course content was fine, however the assessment was exceptionally easy and should be harder to ensure that the course content was understood

I completed the course. Paid the money due. Two days and still no certificate. What’s the point if I don’t have proof of completion

In Q17 of the test my answer was "Grow quickly" this was marked "incorrect - bacterial spores can survive high temperatures"

The speaking voice was very annoying. I found the slow speed of the typed words appearing on the screen difficult to read and slowed down my enjoyment of reading.

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select the course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! I miss spelt my company name, i tried to rectify it, but you did not let me, it was a letter i got wrong / mixed up.

We only show your name on the certificate of completion so the company name is for just for the postal address. The course stated that when using mechanical aids such as a fork lift truck this was still considered as manual handling, however in the assessment, a question asked 'which of these answers is not manual handling?' The answer was 'using a fork lift truck'.

The safeguarding training was very long (unlike the previous training I have encountered). It was very intensive and could have been broken up better. I had forgotten the various acts by the time it had come to the test as a result.

Hello Jitesh, thank you for your feedback. Our website states we send the certificates out the next working day, which we did. We do post all certificates out First Class so they can get to you as soon as possible. You can download a copy of your certificate within your account straight away just in case you are needing a copy more urgently. I do apologise for any misunderstanding. I think the course was more than sufficient in delivery of information, informative and easy to understand. The audio is terrible however, the female voice is impersonal and robotic and makes for difficult learning. A friendlier or more personal sounding teachers voice would make the course more enjoyable and therefore more effective.

Each slide took too long to go through. You should be able to go through the slides at your own pace, not have each point come very slowly on the screen (even with the fast setting it was too slow).

Good basic knowledge for someone who doesn't have experience of any meetings. I was expecting more detailed information about how to actually take the notes during the meeting and type up the actual minutes for different kinds of meetings. A lot of emphasis on the Agenda and general meeting arrangements.

Quite a few of the questions covered in the assessment weren't covered in the course. The assessment seemed to be quite slow - the need to submit each question then click on the next question took more time than I expected. Good format though.
