nothing is wrong, but the questions are too easy to be suitable for an assessment

I dont like the fact that the topic can be skipped (pressing next) before the dialogue has finished

Would have preferred the option to have a hard copy of the presentation

Hi Pamela! Thank you for your review! I'm afraid our training is unavailable as a hard copy. You can however log back into your course and review any of the course information, even after you have completed. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. Hello James, Thank you for your review! Sorry to hear you have not received your certificate yet! I can see you completed the training on the evening of 23rd July, and we posted it to you on the morning of 24th July. We use Royal Mail First Class service but it can sometimes be a couple of days to arrive! I have sent you an email with a PDF copy of your certificate for the time being. If I want to go back to a certain statement, it goes back to the beginning of the page, I cant click back for it to go to a certain statement/ paragraph. Hope this makes sense.

Hello! Thank you for your review! Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you would like to review any of the content. When you log in, it will load you into the last page you were on, all you need to do it click "Previous" or "Next" in the modules until you've reached the page that you want to review. You can also click "review" on each different module. Easy to use and follow - however this course needs updating , some of the statistics on childhood obesity and prevalence are out of date from 2010, the Eatwell plate featured is the old version ands this needs to be updated with the Current Eatwell guide.

I tried to read course again but I could not, I was nice if I could access all the pepper again in the future to refresh my knowledge. If there is a way to do so please send me how I can read it again. thank you

Hi Nasreen, thank you for your review! Yes, you can certainly log back into your account up to a year after completion and review the course information. I would like some different voices on the training sections. ie alternate. I would also like to be tested within each module, at an earlier stage, not just at the end and for it to be slightly different with each module. As it stands, you know you will just get questions at the end. With some of the modules, you could easily do a quick test ever few pages. it just helps with concentration. A bit of student involvement along the way stops sleepiness - and for it to vary. If you are getting bored and tired, the information is not going in so some early participation along the way, pressing buttons, thinking for yourself, keeps the concentration level up. The information is fine. I just struggled to stay awake and made myself take notes.

The time delay between slides was too slow despite me changing it to the fastest setting which meant it took me at least 20 minutes longer than it needed to be.

If I had known the certificate was valid for 1 year then I would not have completed the course, certificate should be valid for 3 years. Also it should be clearly stated on the website. Other wise I would have given the full marks. I was planning to do 6 more courses but now have to look elsewhere. Mo

Just completed course now it is saying cannot download digital copy as have not received payment !! I have just completed course ! Payment has obviously been recieved

We set the courses up prior to receiving payment so that users can have access right away, we just hold on to the certificates until the invoice has been paid. As soon as payment is received, we post the certificates out First Class with Royal Mail, you also have the option to sign back into your account and download a PDF copy. Slides were very slow. Even though I'm a slow reader I felt like I was waiting ages for the next slide/paragraph to appear.

I didn't have a bad experience but I would have liked to have downloaded the course content to refer to. As it is, I have nothing to show for my efforts! As a director of a company, I now have to try and remember all the course to try to become GDPR compliant.

You need to add another speed at which you can complete the course. I read a lot quicker than an average person, therefore I found the course to be incredibly slow to complete. If I could have read it at my own pace, I probably would have completed the course twice as quick than I actually did being stuck at a slow pace. Overall the ‘fastest’ slide setting was incredibly slow for me.
