“I am a huge Hobbs fan but alas I dont really like these socks . They are almost 💯 cotton which I love and is amazing. But they feel a bit thick and look a bit thick . I have bought Hobbs socks for many years and adore them usually. But these ones feel more like wool”

“Your online service is proving to be a lottery. Items delivered directly are 'depoited' at Evri's whim. An expensive pair of boots lobbed at my front door with such force it damaged both the outer and inner boxes. This is also street facing so I'm grateful I live in a small village! 1st delivery to store: I turned up on a whim as I had not received notification that it was ready to collect. Second and third ok. Last order never even made it to store....”

“I am delighted with my purchase and the envy of my work colleagues but as for the staff in your Horsham branch they are rude, patronising unwelcoming and not what one would expect from a store like Hobbs. Would I buy again of course, would I go and recommend that particular store. No”

“Tried on in Covent Garden store where the staff were nothing short of horrible, I honestly have never been made to feel so uncomfortable, they treated me like I was a thief. Didn’t buy in store as I didn’t want those staff to benefit in any way from my money, so ordered online and collected in Southampton where the experience couldn’t have been more different, Hobbs should cherish the staff in that store”

“I love it. It's the exact Hobbs dress I expected. Comparing with the more formal ones ordered previously, the Zoe dress carries more elegant feminity. Perfect for a date, or just adding poetic sense in an ordinary day with its lovely print.”
