Normally I have had a good experience with Hobbs but in this occasion my experience was poor. I ordered this dress for collection in store. Never received any indication of this having been dispatched. I waited a fortnight. I then went into the store to ask about this and when this was checked it transpired that it had been delivered to the store the day after order placed but no one had entered it into the system. Very poor service.

Horrible service. I received wrong size — ordered a size 8 and received a size 10. I tried to contact Hobbs via email and ‘chat with us’ options but received no reply for over a week. Eventually I received a reply on WhatsApp from a kind employee, but the verdict was that I had to return the incorrect item and then I would get refunded, as they would not send the actual item I ordered. Now I have to return a faulty item when it wasn’t my fault. A waste of time to buy and not receive the correct item, and then have to return incorrect item for refund. Don’t bother.

I always receive excellent service from Hobbs. Delivery is quick, and everything arrives beautifully wrapped and presented in a solid box. Returns are easy as well. Clothing is beautiful quality. My only feedback would be be to offer more modern styles in jeans, like wide leg and barrel leg. I am over skinny jeans!

Great designs, good quality, fast online delivery and knowledgeable/helpful staff in Hobbs stores. Unfortunately this all comes at a price which takes some ranges out of my budget but I love the pieces I do have in my wardrobe. Keep the standards up Hobbs!
