“I bought a jacket from Hobbs London and I absolutely love it. The quality is excellent, it fits my body shape perfectly, and the color is beautiful. However, considering the price, I expected much better packaging. The jacket was sent in a very small plastic bag, which caused many wrinkles and made the item look almost second-hand. At this price point, the jacket should at least be packed properly — ideally with a garment cover or in a suitable box. The product itself is great, but the packaging really needs improvement to match the brand’s quality and pricing.”

“I regularly buy Hobbs clothes. I’ve had a few issues recently with deliveries via Evri though. Here’s an example: My order didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, and I wasn’t advised that there was delay and a revised time. It’s impossible to speak to a human being at Evri. My item arrived just over an hour late, which was not too terrible, but the lack of communication is an issue for me. The timespan between ordering and delivery was excessive. I’ve ordered several Hobbs items recently and some of the items were not wrapped and folded with the usual care and presentation that I have always appreciated from Hobbs. The most recent item I have ordered was via the John Lewis website, and delivery is always reliable and so easy to collect from my local Waitrose. I do hope Hobbs will appreciate this feedback - and perhaps apply some quality controls regarding delivery standards and packing.”

“Classic quality good service I think it is expensive to charge the customer postage when you are paying over a £100 ponds for a dress when your competitors are charging nothing for orders over £50 pounds food for thought”
