My first purchase from Hobbs was easy to order but ultimately unsuccessful as the dress didnt suit me when I tried it on so I returned it. The order and return processes were excellent however so I do intend to purchase again when I next see something I like.

Have bought my clothes from Hobbs for a very long time and still love the selection. Would like a few more styles for the older lady with sleeves to elbow length.

the failaure of DX to deliver on 3 occasions lead to order cancellation.This reflects so badly on Hobbs that I would probably not buy again.Our first order was cent by EVRI and arrived within 24 hours

Customer service is poor. Very difficult to get hold of anyone regarding my missing order. I have still not achieved this despite trying to ring, using the online chat and the WhatsApp chat. I would expect better from Hobbs.

I love Hobbs clothes especially the coats. Classic designs as well as some high fashion styles, perfect for the older woman who wants style and quality. Always a great choice.
