I am usually impressed with Hobbs but the way in which the sale dress arrived was very disappointing.

I am always happy with Hobbs clothes. The fit is always good as is the quality and when purchased on sale, an added advantage. When looking for an outfit, I always try Hobbs first.

I have visited Hobbs in Liverpool 1 and also ordered on line. Cannot praise quality of clothing and helpfulness of staff enough. I did have an issue when I paid for 24 hour delivery and item took almost 48 hours to arrive. However, I have been told that the full delivery fee of £5.95 will be refunded, without my asking for this. Well done.

Was not available in store in my size so placed order online. Easy order process on the website. Good communication and updates on delivery. Delivered as promised within 3-5 days. Evri service as the Delivery courier was unfortunately disappointing and let them down. Would recommend and use again.

Hobbs has always been excellent regarding fashion, delivery and refunds, but my last two orders were disappointing. There were no return labels in the parcels and the last one contained dresses that were sent out with no tissue paper, they were plopped into the box and arrived untidy. I always appreciate the care and attention that goes into this, as it differentiates between fashion companies. Perhaps someone wasn't trained properly.

I would have given 5 stars but two things happened. The day after I bought mine they were reduced. The return of the items took me all morning to sort. The items bought in store weren’t easy to return as apparently the online system doesn’t recognise the order code. I had to wait 24 hours for this to arrive.
