“I was very disappointed at Hobbs Customer Care recently, but it was all sorted by Debbie, the Horsham store manager. She resolved all problems caused by Hobbs immediately. I really appreciated her capability as well as a shop there in Horsham. Without her help, honestly I was going to stop purchasing any clothes from Hobbs. I think that she should be recognised.”

“Dress arrived in time scale, but was too small, I couldn’t find a larger size online, but the patient sales assistant sourced one in St Albans and had it couriered up to Edinburgh. The original dress from my online order, was extremely crushed, when I picked up the new dress, it had been expertly steamed and in a protective bag for me to take home”

“Excellent arrived on time ordered 14 but too big so ordered 12 arrived next day perfect fit sent back 14 easy to pop back into the excellent packaging all I needed was sellotape and the label provided and return via local post office. Job done 👍🏻”

“I received my Esme dress folded like origami and squeezed into an A4 envelope. The result ... a crumpled dishrag. Particularly upset as had paid for gift-wrapped box. Hobbs sent the shoes I'd also purchased in that but not the suit. Very poor customer service”
