Paid a premium for next day delivery which did not happen. I contacted service who said they would be in touch in 48 hours. Still waiting over a week later! The dress had a hole in it, I rang the Metro Centre store who were fantastic (Sarah) and tracked one down and had it transferred to branch. Very contrasting levels of service between HO and the store. 5 star store, 1star Head Office.

I like HOBBS, I have a lot of HOBBS clothes in my wardrobe. They normally wash very well too. The only thing is if one has a problem it can be difficult to get through to HOBBS head office and they can take a long time to answer, sometimes many days.

Absolutely beautiful skirt & jacket. Shocking delivery. Why Hobbs are using Evri I cannot understand. Twice I’ve paid for next day delivery & it hasn’t happened. And this delivery just chucked on the pavement outside my office. Hobbs still yet to reply to my complaint after a week…

I didn't realize that these dresses would be shipped from the UK, as I have purchased Hobbs products in the USA. I would have returned both these dresses has there been an easier shipping capability.

Two pairs of boots were too big, UE size 38. Had to send them back. Leather quality and finishing could be better. Disappointed

Dresses are often nicely shaped and fit well but I did not like the fabric of my recent purchase. I also think a lot of the colours used by Hobbs are dark or neutral. There aren't many bright or Jewelly colours.

Clothes are nice but coats that are not tweed attract fluf like a magnet. I do love their tweed, velvet and other no need to iron fabrics.

Hobbs used to fit me well when the cut was narrower over the hips and the lengths longer , but now I struggle to find anything that truley fits and flatters (size 12 and 5'6").

Hobbs was let down by: The delivery. Box was just chucked on the front doorstep, bell not rung, no attempt to leave in requested safe place. Box split and wet. The return. Took the coats to Covent Garden store, one was refunded the other could not be found on the system so I had to take it home, pack it up, take it to the post office and now have to wait for my refund. Shop staff very helpful and polite.
