Anything I buy is always lovely fit and good quality. Buying online is disappointing as packaging is terrible. I used to look forward to my Hobbs delivery in nice box with purchase in nice tissue paper not now. Delivered in paper bag. So disappointing.

I am returning the dress as it is too long. As there was no return label I emailed Hobbs on Sunday to ask them to send me one. I haven't heard anything from Hobbs or received a label yet.
