Order arrived very quickly, however to return 1 item is very penal, costing in the region of €20/€22. Return conditions changed after order was made No option to return at a store. Most disappointing. Unlikely to order online again and maybe not even shop in store again.

Reluctant to use Hobbs again due to difficulty in accessing Customer Service. The website is sophisticated and the clothing stylish. However, the lack of contact for Customer Service via telephone is shocking. The local store now doesn’t even have a telephone contact number. Since my jumper was missing from my order, I thought of calling the local Hobbs store to see if they had a Greta jumper in stock but there was no obvious way to contact them either. Email contact to Hobbs customer service was never replied to. AI bot on live chat - not impressed. On first contacting live chat about missing jumper was advised Hobbs would chase it up and email me - this never happened. In a previous live chat, Hobbs implied DX never collected the parcel. While in a live chat with DX they implied Hobbs had never dispatched it. I only managed to achieve a resolution due to accessing live chat as soon as it opened. Jainey was very helpful. I decided on a refund as a consequence of the tracking number mysteriously disappearing and because it made sense whilst I was actually communicating with someone from Hobbs. Surprisingly, Evri delivered the other part of my order promptly. The point is, Hobbs customer service seems designed to put customers off from contacting you. It’s an entirely rubbish service which created a frustrating and negative consumer experience. Your poor choice in courier company and distinct lack of contact options seems a counter-productive way to run a business and ultimately, you will lose customers.

I am very disappointed at Hbbs as I needed the dress urgently and I ordered and pay for a next day delivery but unfortunately it wasn't delivered next day and I called customer service but nobody picked it up.

Great brand. Unfortunately they use Evri to deliver. A £200 coat left outside in the rain where it could have been damaged or stolen. I was at home at the time but it was just left outside

Perfect if you get the leg length right OR be accurate on the inside leg lengths. They’re wrong way too often If you got that right it would be 5 stars

Some really good quality clothes usually high quality material, but not always, so always check label! Fabulous shoes, high quality and comfortable. Clothes size labels are not always reliable, so be ready to go up a size. The shop is beautiful situated, light, may need a little upkeep, in general helpfulness of various different assistants has varied hugely, could do a lot more to advise.

Very difficult to contact customer service. Placed on hold for more than the 10 minutes then for the call to be cut off. I found the live chat difficult. It took several attempts to get through to the live chat. I got a refund eventually. I feel very disappointed with Hobbs.

Some lovely clothes but far too expensive even on sale. I tend to only buy occasionally. Would like to see more options in the petite range.

Paid a premium for next day delivery which did not happen. I contacted service who said they would be in touch in 48 hours. Still waiting over a week later! The dress had a hole in it, I rang the Metro Centre store who were fantastic (Sarah) and tracked one down and had it transferred to branch. Very contrasting levels of service between HO and the store. 5 star store, 1star Head Office.
