“I ordered my coat from Hobbs' web site. I'm very happy with the experience. Ordering was easy, communication good, delivery was fast, and returns are easy though not free. I ordered 2 sizes in this coat and had to pay $20.00 USD to return the size that did not work. That is a higher than usual return fee.”

“Saw it. Advised it would be released soon. Hobbs emailed as soon as it was released. Ordered and it was delivered within 4 days and there was a discount. Perfect.”

“I love Hobbs clothes normally but recently the material and fit haven't been good. The returns process wasn't great either. I ordered this click and collect from local store. I tried it on in store and wanted to return. They weren't able to process a refund so they packed it up for me and I had to take it to the post office myself which seemed a bit strange and not a good use of my time.”

“I have worn selected Hobbs clothing over many years. I don't like the trend towards man-made fabrics rather than natural wool, etc. Some items I have had to return purely because I dont like the feel of the fabric or the lining of the jacket makes it not easy to put on or off (what happened to silk type lining). Some jackets are great at the more expensive end of the garments for sale. The length of trousers, jacket sleeves (I buy petite where possible on jackets) and the length of some jackets continue to be a problem for those of us around 5ft 4ins. What has happened to silk type lining on skirts as well.”

“The coat itself is beautiful and very well made. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Hobbs and their partner Global-e has been extremely disappointing. My package was never delivered, and DHL records show a forged signature in my name — I’ve had to file a police report. Despite weeks of outreach, I’ve received little help or communication and am still waiting for my refund. I feel scammed and victimized. Until the company improves its accountability and customer support, I cannot recommend ordering from them.”

“I ordered this on line and it was badly packaged. Evri delivered it to the wrong address (damp day). The packaging at your end was dire. You need to use an environmentally friendly waterproof wrapping on on line orders. I will never oder on line again.”
