“This was my second purchase of this coat as the first arrived without the belt, and with a tissue in the pocket - ordered online. The only replacement available was in Glasgow - I live in Nottingham. They couldn't send it out to me so I had to make a long journey to the Lincoln store to collect my replacement. Not the usual service I expect from a brand like Hobbs.”

“Some of Hobbs lines are definitely my wardrobe staples. Jeans are my go to brand. By the lack of availability in my style I think I am not the only one! If you want work smart clothes Hobbs are great. However I am now retired and find increasingly there is a lack of casual day wear and hence I have migrated to other brands who accommodate this more comfortable look.”

“Clothes always good quality and great fit ( except trousers always big even in extra small size, I still buy and have them altered). Good company to shop with as orders arrive quickly and returns ( very few ) easy to do due to paperwork arriving with order.”

“Honestly the shoes were stuffed into a box. The souls had been dented where somebody has worn them on. I would suggest stones and yes there is a plastic film but this has gone through the plastic film and actually worn off part of the label that is underneath that and they were put into a box and a returns Document again stuffed in the box with absolutely no care. The shoes look like obviously somebody had tried them stuff them back in the box and they have been sent straight to me because there was little carers to how they were put in the box on the state of the Tissue in the box which I do not expect from Hobbs And as this is my first experience of shopping with Hobbs online I cannot recommend it”
