“I was very disappointed by the condition of the coat when it arrived. This was a considerable purchase for me and with Hobbs reputation I did not expect to receive a garment that was unwearable. It has definitely put me off purchasing online. To be fair I contacted customer service and they offered me up to £20 to get it professionally dry cleaned. In the end I risked it and pressed it myself. The coat is beautiful, fits perfectly and is very flattering but the overall experience rather deflating.”

“i ordered the Elodie Espradille in pink/coral because a few years ago I bought the same shoe in blue suede and I LOVE THEM!! They are comfortable and stunning. I could also have gotten them in black, but I had to choose just one and the color I got is going to be fun....still, black would be nice! If the price drops again for a 37, I might spoil myself!”

“I have been a big of the Hobbs brand for many years as the quality of the clothes is excellent. We no longer have a Hobbs shop nearby, so have to rely on online shopping now, which is not as good as going to a shop, seeing and trying on the clothes. Recently sent for a dress which I loved but was just a bit too tight, so had to be returned, which was a shame.”

“I ordered a size 14, the blouse was more a size 18 ( Obviously sized wrong) as this was hobbs fault I don't think i should have to pay for returning it Regards Patricia Palmer”
