I paid 265 plus 7 euro delivery. I returned the item by registered post , at a cost of 18 euro- yet Hobbs are refunding me.265 MINUS 20 euro for postage. How does that make sense?. I paid for the return of the item.

I never received the package and then spend 2.5 weeks trying to get my money back. You can't speak to anyone - I would NOT recommend using Hobbs online - not a good customer experience.

Beautiful clothes / bags / shoes . However it’s such a shame that the recommendations on the web site for accessories to go with clothes really don’t match . For example the Ros dress recommendations for shoes and bag. The colours simply do not match , which is so disappointing and waste of time. For a company like Hobbs with little competition, this could be so much better.

Easy to order on website - confirmation received straight away and contacted by delivery provider on route though left box in rain (good job the satin blouses were packaged in plastic sleeves so only the box was damaged)

I ordered two items the sane in two sizes. I received one pair of trousers and a top I did not order. Returned items to a store who could not accept the return. Had to return by post
