“I am sure the jumper would be great if I had received it. It is now over 2 weeks since I ordered it. Customer services very poor and lack of follow up. Ironic to receive emails saying I've received the item when it has disappeared. Poor customer service makes me want to avoid shopping here despite being a loyal customer over many years. Not worth the hassle.”

“Lovely dress but not for me so sent back. Only issue was that I ordered a 14 & 16. The 14 arrived separately and was the midnight purple not the blue that I'd ordered. Sent them all back together but initially was only refunded for the 2 jackets and one dress. After an email to Hobbs, the 14 dress was refunded so all sorted.”
