“Hobbs is one of my favourite shops. It consistently has clothes that ooze quality and look special. I usually order on-line and my parcels arrive promtly as well as being well-packaged. My only bugbear is that I wish you didn't use Evri.”

“Hobbs dresses are very good quality and my wife loves you range... Every year your summer dresses exceed expectations. However sadly your customer service is appalling. Last week I placed 2 orders and paid for next day delivery. They took 2 days and 3 days to arrive and we're flagged by evri as 2 day delivery. I started call calling cust sve at 9am and still hadn't answered by 10.30. I tried again at 11am and they were closed. For such a good company this is totally unacceptable”

“Hobbs responded very positively when my order got lost in transit after being dispatched by them. I used the chat function to let them know it hadn't arrived. The problem was sorted quickly and the dress I'd order was delivered very quickly. I received an understanding email which explained how the problem was being rectified and wasn't defensive in any way.”

“Very disappointing. The fit at the top of the leg was baggy and shapeless although the waist fitted and I liked the straight leg style. Loved the colour. Also sent for the jacket, I would have needed to shorten the arms if kept but as I wanted a trouser suit both items were returned.”

“Have always bought size 14 Petite. This time all the dresses were too tight. Good quality as usual, well priced. Yellow cardigan was a disappointing shade of yellow. Rather dingy.”

“I had bought a couple of medium belts, the rest fitted perfectly, however, this belt was far too small and had to be returned, which was a shame as it was very nice quality. Free return, however charged a small fee for the return which considering the reason for the return I thought was unfair”
