“Hobbs forgot to send me free bag after an online purchase I'd made. A week later a nice email was received followed shortly by the promised bag. Thanks you for your attention to customer service. This is appreciated 👍🏻😊 keep up the good work. Most of the wardrobe I've built over the years has Pieces from Hobbs. Keep up the natural fabrics, that's the future.”

“Evri delivery unacceptable - told delivery would be between 7th and 11th May. Evri had received the parcel on Thursday 7th and didn't deliver until Tuesday 12th! I won't be ordering from Hobbs again .”
