“The 30 day returns policy is very good. There was no returns label in the package and I couldn't get one to print from the website. I rang Customer Service and got a link to a label within 24 hours, so I was very happy. All I have to do is take it to my local Post Office for a free return.”

“Hobbs is my favourite shop, and if I can find the right fit, great. But it does not always fit. In particular trousers too fitted at the waist, more half elasticated back please. Your jeans are terrible! Again look at the fit. Quality though is really good, coats are gorgeous. Shoes are modern, suffer a little bit from EU sizing. I am a UK size 6, which often means EU 39 too small, EU 40 too big. Consider more 39.5 please. I love quality of the line tops and dresses. Would like to see some of retro designs back in, I can tell you my favourites.”

“I think that Hobbs quality cannot be faulted and I love that most of your shoes are leather lined. I was disappointed that a recent 25% discount offer only applied to the UK site and not the global one. Shipping was a little slow from point of order to dispatch and returns are very expensive from the ROI. I think you could do better on returns prices as it does not encourage sales, especially from the ROI, we are not a million miles away!”

“Nice clothes and shoes. However, shoe sizes vary depending on the style. It would be a good idea to consider half sizes as well. I wear a size 4 in shoes, and not all shoes fit me the same.”

“Had an issue with my first order, found it hard to phone Customer services, but use the chat on their home page which eventually helped me with my order as it never got dispatched and was out of stock which I never got notified about so I could get a refund . Eventually I found my size online by luck and managed to return the coat with no issue . Disappointed I never got the right size as it’s a beautiful coat .”

“Hobbs is generally good but the last dress was a disappointment if I am honest had to lengthen dress , normally it is a good length and was caught out with no time to fix before I wore it . Frustrating I must say”
