“Hobbs are always a reliable company to buy from, their service is usually very good although I would say in this case I was lucky the dress wasn't damaged as it arrived in a box which had not been secured properly. Where the two flaps on the top of the box met, it had collapsed in leaving the box mostly open with the tape having stuck itself inside the box onto the delivery note. My feeling was that the box was too big for the item inside and in transit had collapsed.”

“Was not available in store in my size so placed order online. Easy order process on the website. Good communication and updates on delivery. Delivered as promised within 3-5 days. Evri service as the Delivery courier was unfortunately disappointing and let them down. Would recommend and use again.”

“Hobbs seems to be undergoing a slow renovation and modernisation after just churning out the same styles year after year. For me, there's still too much polyester used and the colour palette lacks subtlety. I think there needs to be more emphasis on outfit building rather than boring basic separates.”
