“I love this brand , the style, the quality but the online shop is not one of my favourite. The refund policy takes far too long, and the website doesn’t offer any option for an exchange or replacement in case of a faulty item. You’re forced to close the refund request, which then takes two weeks to be processed far too long.”

“Very happy with Hobbs designs & colours. Always something I like. Sometimes a bit different too. Only disappointment was the small cardboard box used to send out my online order, bit too flimsy, one side had split & was open. No waterproofing, I hate plastic but sometimes it makes a difference to the state of a delivered item.”
