“Love Hobbs as always”

“I like Hobbs, but have less choice now as there is not as many dresses, trousers or coats in Petite fit, for someone who is 5'4", between a size 14 or 16 and is a mature woman. Ordering is easy, delivery is good and returns are not a problem. Service is excellent.”

“I am returning the dress as it is too long. As there was no return label I emailed Hobbs on Sunday to ask them to send me one. I haven't heard anything from Hobbs or received a label yet.”

“Hobbs dresses are usually very good and I have been satisfied with quality and fit in the past. This dress was an exception in its very poor fit and style particularly the neckline.”

“Hobbs coats ate the best but recently I contacted customer service and they were very poor slow to answer email and then got it wrong this time everything was really good, glad I purchased another coat”
