“You did not send me the correct dress instead you sent the cream Carly with pink flowers. Having to do an 80 mile round trip to collect the correct dress from the outlet at York. Some recompense would be appreciated.”

“Dress arrived in a small box. It is maxi length with wide skirt and was seriously crumpled in the box. The shape is bizarre, something not quite right about the position of the bust. Not flattering”
