“This is not about the skirt but about the Evri courier - they didn’t deliver to the parcel shop as requested but instead to an address near us but I had no idea where this was and spent 3 days trying to find it. Please can you not use them as we are all having such problems with Evri????”

“I had some hesitation ordering from Hobbs as it’s an overseas designer house and have had bad experiences with international shipping in the past. I took the chance as I so loved the item and Hobbs makes the entire process quick and easy. The item arrived quickly, was stunningly gorgeous, no surprise fees and 100% professionalism. Unfortunately, the item was way too large and I had to return it. Returns were easy, quick and no surprise shipping fees. Very pleased with my experience and will be shopping here again.”

“The return by post was diabolical. I had to contact Hobbs to refund me and it took over 3 weeks from posting to get a refund The dress I took back to store was refunded very quickly Only 3 stars due to post refund service”
