“I am a return buyer of Hobbs. They provide an excellent range of ladies clothes which appeal to many generations. I have received excellent customer service from Hobbs including ordering, returning and being notified of stock that has been temporarily out of stock.”

“It is impossible to speak to anyone in real time. Contact is only via “Chat”. They refused to refund my money until their delivery agent returned the jumper which they accepted I had never received. I was given 3 different delivery dates and time slots but no jumper was delivered. It was an appalling experience and I will never attempt to order from Hobbs again!”
