“Packaging a nightmare box was battered and not secure. It's all very well trying not to use plastic but the paper and box Packaging always comes undone before you get the package. Doesn't do well in the wet.”

“I was appalled at the way the dress was delivered. It was in a plastic bag screwed up in a ball at one corner. The tissue was screwed up in a ball at the other corner along with the invoice. I would certainly think twice before buying online from Hobbs again”
