“Always a pleasure to shop with Hobbs! A good selection of clothing to chose from although sometimes a bit 'safe' in design terms. The web site is easy to use and there are often good offers. Delivery is swift and the items are nicely packaged. Returns are straightforward and the purchase price quickly refunded.”

“Unfortunately I have not received the jacket - they sent me a dress instead and no one has been bothered I asked for a replacement but they wouldn’t send one out to me Won’t shop with Hobbs again”

“Buying on line from Hobbs is easy and delivery is quick and efficient. I do prefer to shop in store where possible but will buy online if it's a tried and trusted product. I would like them to reintroduce the tweed or herringbone knee length skirts made from Moon and Confabric. I have two of these from à while ago and they have served me well.”
