This is only based on the store manager at the Janesville store, he is not only unprofessional, but literally avoids customers, I frequent often and I never seen him smile or acknowledge customers, he is the worst I’ve ever seen in a Christian based store , get rid of him

Tonya is one of the the managers of the Lexington, SC store. She should NOT be able to have this position! I have witnessed on countless occasions, being that I am a frequent flyer, her chastising her employees! She is rude, condescending, disrespectful, talks down to them in front of customers, and is VERY unprofessional! I have on occasion asked for her assistance while shopping and she was very short with me and almost acted as if she were put out that she actually had to work instead of just walking around the store! I am a professional person and have employees under me and you do not treat people the way that she does. To be a manager or co- manager, you need to have people skills, be fair, respectful of others, no matter age, race, gender or religious! Tonya, you really ought to be ashamed of yourself!!! Michaela is GREAT!

I went into Hobby lobby today to make some purchases and I noticed a big section that was marked 50% off unfortunately for me I did not read the small print and coordinate it with the tags of the items that were on the shelf under the sign that stated 50% off. Why do you think it is OK to put a big sign labeling 50% off if it’s not 50% off? Consumers do not know to look at tags and line them up with a 50% off label and see if it’s table Decour or if it’s a gift item or holiday item we don’t know any of this therefore if it is in an area that is 50% off then we should get 50% off. You guys are ripping your customers off because you know the average customer will not ask to take an item off if they don’t have enough money to pay because it’s embarrassing how dare you do this to individual shopping at your stores. Trust me I will be on all social media platforms expressing how are you seal money from your consumers.

I have been shooed out of the store by an employee close to closing time, not able to finish shopping. And today I stood in line waiting to make a return only to find out after 5 minutes that returns in lane 1 only. I was in lane 2. Last time I was sent to lane 10 to make returns. POS employee said it was new policy. And he stood there with no customers while I went to lane 1 and waited 5 more minutes until it was my turn. What could be the purpose of this Totally un-customer service experience? I can’t imagine any reason I would go back here when customers are not Valued or appreciated.

I am a teacher and went to Hobby Lobby to buy some school supplies Such as bulletin board paper, poster board paper and others things that are not supplied for me at my school. I ask if they gave teacher discount he said yes with a school credit card or check from school. I laughed! 99% of the teachers buy their own supplies at some point during the year. My school doesn’t buy any of my supplies for decorating my classroom so I guess I will have to go somewhere else that appreciates teachers.

Hobby lobby in west mifflin ran by Tammy Christopher is they worst place to work at all the manager there does is walk around in discusting tight clothes and talk about the customers who bring back merchandise and her own enployee trhck day is on thursday but when the employee unload the boxes they break most of the produce before it hits the floor and they hide it in the broken glass bin so that upper management never see it then it is through on the trash. They expect you to unload tricks grap gum off of the floor ring register unpack boxes build shelves its unbareable they talk to you very disrespectful you run back and forth every ten minutes to ring customer out line ate unbareable Tammy has her favorite so if your not one of them forget it they don't train correctly and expect you to know what your doing. It a horrible place to work and she suck as a manager fine another place to work im tel you from experience.

Picture frames are still expensive even at half off. A 16x20 at $50 slashed in half is $25. That’s okay price but not that inexpensive either especially when you have to hassle quite a bit to figure out what hardware to put on the back so you can hang it. It’s not easy to do.

Iv never seen worse customer service in my life- so incredibly homophobic and racist.. The fact that anyone would still support and buy from this company is truly disappointing.

Our country has many beautiful people of all ethnicities, religions, genders, cultures, and communities, not just white Christian. But, unfortunately, hobby Lobby has now become a clique where only a few Americans are welcomed.

After shopping online for hours, every day for several days last week for my small business, my cart full of hundreds of items disappeared! When customer service said they retrieved it for me, I was pleased ... until it turned out to be an older cart so I had to cancel the whole order and was told I must start from scratch. I did that tonight, and the same thing happened: as I was checking out, my cart disappeared. Hobby Lobby needs to hire someone to address their website problems if it glitches out like this with a $350 order, and they must train their customer service reps to not throw up their hands and tell customers it’s on them, and they must try again. No, YOU must try better, Hobby Lobby!

I was told by three different managers of this store in Lakeland that I could do a rain check and they would order my furniture new because the ones they had in the store all had dings scratches or something wrong with them we're in the middle of building a house so I have been waiting on these I call on the day they tell me they're going to be there the first manager tells me we have them I said make sure they're brand-new because the ones you have in the store have things wrong with them well guess what that's the ones he was trying to sell me the ones with something wrong with them they did not get them in they do not know when they're coming in so from this point on I will shop elsewhere and so will all of my family

Always feel that I’m being followed. 90% of employees are rude! Management singles out people while you are looking at crafts and here comes people dusting floors around you. Can’t stop and relax! Not a good system.

Hobby Lobby Sold me a FULL price Cricut air explore air 2.... only to realize that the product they sold me was used, dirty, damaged and missing parts. Hobby lobby refused to refund or exchange the product. They made me feel as if I STOLE this Cricut or was trying to scam them. When in reality they SCAMMED ME! Even with my original receipt they would not help at all! Basically they stole $300 from my account! Hobby lobby corporate was not helpful and agreed with the store manager about not exchanging the product!

Wanna go insane listening to soft Christian jazz while you sift through crappy items marked up way higher than they should be? Go to Hobby Lobby! Unfortunately they are the only place around where I can get my candles and small jars. Not to mention they’re a terrible employer and love misleading the customer (hint: read the sales signs verrrrry carefully, chances are that wall hanging you really like isn’t on sale until next week)

I went to hoppy lobby for the first time with my Esa being that the store is pet friendly. I was in the store for over 30 minutes. When I went to go pay at the register a manager by the name of Trish walked by my dog and made a rude comment under her breath. I left my merchandise due to due customer service. I will never go back.

I have ordered hundreds of knobs from Hobby Lobby in the past. My last order one of the glass gold antique knobs which broke as soon as I installed on my bathroom drawer. I contacted customer service, sent a picture of the broken knob as requested and simply asked for a $2.99 knob replacement. They refused, stating that once it is taken out of the package they are not responsible! So now I need to pay for shipping for one knob and the knob replacement! Not so much the $2.99 knob and shipping, it’s the principle! I’ve been a loyal customer and they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my dissatisfied follow up email after them telling me they will not replace. Sorry Hobby Lobby, terrible customer service and you just lost another loyal customer.

Please read every sale sign CAREFULLY (even if they’re paragraphs long they are not for the merchandise they are hanging all around) because they just put them wherever apparently. I tried to purchase two wall signs off a shelf of ALL wall signs. It had 3, 50% off signs posted on just the side I selected from, (8 signs on the whole thing) so I mistakenly assumed they were RELEVANT to the merchandise they were plastered all over but NOPE that’s just for table top deco according to the cashier...wtf!?! Hang it on the table deco then. There was not one table decoration on any side of that display...So we will just shop online from a company that can post it’s actual prices, ya know an honest one. Sadly I’m not surprised one bit it’s a “christian” company trying to rip people off. Not too mention all their lost looking employees, either that or the ones that don’t want you to ask them anything and glare at you so you don’t. 25+ years as an artist and customer and I won’t be back.
