I went to a Hobby Lobby with my mother and had a horrible experience. There were multiple customers not wearing masks, including one rude lady who called me “childish” because I was talking to my mother about masks, and the employees did nothing. A cashier told us flat out that they don’t tell customers to put on masks. Aside from all this, some of the ornaments we liked at looked low-effort.

I like hobby lobby at KOP. But I Was looking for fabric the woman who was working there was degrading, demeaning and discriminating because of how I look when I went in the store. I want my discount 80% She said" oh you know your math" and I replied that I am a nurse and I can count . The way she responded was not appropriate. Staff should not judge people and be treated with respect regardless on how they are dressed coming to store. Please educate your emoloyees.

The employees that work there are very rude. I purchased two Pez dispensers at $1.99 each. With tax that would have been $4.31. So, this is what the girl said I owed. I hand her $10.31. Then she looks at the money and said this is what your giving me. It's $3.98. I told her you said $4.31. She just looked right at me and didn't say anything. And then gave me my change back. No apology. As I guess on those particular items come up as food so no tax. She was very rude. I find a lot of the employees are very rude. And I thought Hobby Lobby was a Christian affiliated store.

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon very few customers in store. Many cashiers standing waiting for a customer to go through their line. I had a return, a women with a full cart stepped in front of me to cash out and she had no return. I was holding a table that I wanted to exchange for one that was not damaged. Instead of the cashier suggesting to the women to go to one of the other cashiers standing doing nothing she rang her up. I asked if one of the other cashiers could help me she said no. I waited and when it was finally my turn I told her I wanted to exchange the table She asked me if there was another one in the store. I told her I didn’t know and didn’t want to walk around the store looking while holding a table. She would not even ask an employee to look for me. Finally I asked her to call someone. Someone came over walked down one aisle said no they don’t have anymore. I asked if another store might have one and he told me to call. I asked if he could call and he said no. I can understand if they were busy but there was only a hand full of people and many employees standing around waiting for a customer. I had spent over $150.00 two days before.I will go across the street to Home Goods from now on and will be returning everything! Very poor service all around !!!!!

Excited to get them, and could not wait to start my little project. Sadly I had to put that project on hold because two of the shelves were obviously chipped and the wood had splintered corners, What's worse Customer Service said that this was not considered poor quality, natural wood products are supposed to be smooth, not chipped, to replace items I would have to pay costly shipping to return, : (

I purchased an item that unbeknownst to me (and the cashier)was damaged-as soon as I opened up the wrapping-I went to Hobby Lobby with the receipt and they refused to exchange for an undamaged item-claiming that if it left the store then a damage return was not an option and even implied I broke the item-so for a $7.49 item -they have lost thousands of dollars from me-I will never walk into that store again and the manager? She needs to find another job if anyone else would hire her. This is what they call a "Christian" company?

They refused to let me checkout without a face covering. Even though every Governor mask mandate that I know of includes an exemption for medical reasons, which I have,Hobby Lobby didn't care. I will take my business elsewhere.

Was at hobby lobby in Erie pa today and could not believe how many people didn't have any sort of mask on and the amount of customers not having their mask cover their mouth and nose..but the best part was when I asked to talk to a manager about this he came up with his mask below his nose. All the employees in this store are very helpful and pleasant. Our cashier said that if we have to wear a mask all day the least a customer that's in the store for a short time could wear a mask and wear it correctly. This is unfortunate because this is such a great store.

They do not believe in paying for birth control. Well maybe that is why they sell items that affect both reproduction and sadly shed phtlates that cause hormone disruptions even in babies. Look how hard I worked to decopague these cute little Hobby Libby trunks only to my horror to find they are toxic!! So I took reponsibility for researching and will cover them with a safe coat paint..no thanks to them😕.

For a Christian Store, they sure are rude to people. I was behind a lady in the Pensacola Florida, Davis Hwy location in the return line today and she was trying to return a little doll from the dollhouse area.. she had a receipt and she had her packaging she kept saying over and over the package was opened when she bought it.. then she pointed to the return policy on the cash register that said they'd happily return any item with a receipt .. they absolutely would not refund that for her.. the manager that came up and talked to her about it was rude also.. I ended up leaving the store I was so disgusted with the way they were treating her and I went to Joann and found what I needed.. I will NEVER shop at Hobby Lobby again and I hope that lady leaves them a bad review!

zero knowledge of item location in the store, booted out of line due to employee purchase and the casher has no common since. If you customer only has one item and the coupon will not work on it.. Please let them know so they do not have to get into another line.

I was told by an associate at one store that an item would be held for me at another location as the only one they had was broken. It was not held and therefore I missed out on the 50% sale. When inquiring if they would honor the 50% I was told by one manager (possibly assistant manager) they NEVER hold anything overnight. I had time to think about it as I was driving to get it and realized I am the customer, ready to spend money and they should be more flexible about it. When I got to the store, the assistant manager was curt and basically said, sorry - use the 40% coupon. When I pushed and said it didn't seem like good customer service she walked away without saying anything. I ask the checkout woman, "did she just leave?" The checkout woman was very understanding and kind. I even apologized for being pushy. The assistant manager came back and said the store manager said no. I left the product there. I called the store back when I left and told the manager how disappointed I was and that they didn't seem to value customer service. He had a tone that came across as, "Well, that's too bad." I won't be shopping there again. Brick and mortor stores are dying. Can't afford to treat people this way.

Floral department items are marked wrong on the tag, on the shelf AND on the package. I picked three ivy garlands, priced $3.99 each, each hanging among the other IDENTICAL garlands priced $15.99. At the checkout, I pointed out the discrepancy, hoping they'd meet me half way for the error; instead, I was told by the manager that was the old price, the new price is $19.99. Christian companies should not have ridiculous price discrepancies, rude customer service, poor business practices and inability to admit their faults. So disappointed with this "CHRISTIAN" business in Pueblo. C'mon, guys, be a good example to the rest of the retail world!!

Wow! Was in hobby lobby in Panama city, Fl Cashier took issue with me wearing a Biden shirt, made it clear she was a Trump supporter. Also noticed all the folks in there doing inventory or reset were youngish white girls. Not ONE person of any ethnicity other than white in the entire store. Is this just another example of racism in America?
