“I’ve used meet & greet for the last 4 times I’ve been on holiday with no problems, only 1 thing I’d change would to the signage show where to should be clearer Marc Alexander”

“Booked for 4 of us to go to the lounge. The rolls were not fresh and bacon very fatty. Not a large selection of drinks and no premium spirits as advertised. No real gluten free alternatives, the roll was soggy and wet so we finished our drink and left we complained to the floor manager who was very nice however, when she spoke to the main manager, he was very rude, told us we’d booked the lowest price lounge and what did we expect. We left our details with the floor manager with booking reference and put a complaint in to Holiday Extras as that is who we had booked through. Would recommend Holiday Extras. It definitely not My Lounge South”
