“Nice wide bays at Leeds Bradford long stay car park short walk to bus stop didn’t have to wait long. Coming back bus was waiting outside airport terminal altogether happy experience”

“Normally happy with this service but got in car this time and someone decided to turn all the blowers on and have air con on full blast even though they only had to drive 200 yards bit of a joke really especially when we arrived at 5pm on an evening”

“Fantastic service from direct parking. Very near airport with a short bus ride to airport. Drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage. Speedy response to collect us after we returned from holiday and return us to our car. Great service and we will definitely use them again.”

“Hotel was great - close to airport and very quiet. Collecting car on return did not go quite so well however. Company were short of drivers and could not bring car to airport terminal. They arranged taxi to take us to collect the car but we did not get the service we had paid for and we were therefore delayed about an hour.”

“Lanzarote Airport transfer to hotel all worked well for us but we had to work it out for ourselves - the instructions implied that the pick up was just outside the airport terminal but you actually need to go up to the bus departure area in the lift which is not clear and the instructions also said go to window 4 in the bus departure area but it is actually window 7. The instructions need to be re written.”

“Drive to the car park, car number recognised and the barrier opens. Park your car undercover and walk into the airport. Repeat when you return. Simple and first class.”
