“Can’t fault the service. Quick and easy to drop off in T1 car park at Luton and a short walk to the airport. Our return flight arrived a little earlier than we’d expected but when we called to say we were back we were told our car was already ready. Only about 10 miles added to the odometer. Very fair price for the convenience of meet and greet.”

“We always use jet parks 3. 5 minutes from airport .It’s easy to use park up, wait for a bus to take you to the airport which are every 10 to 15 minutes. On your return get on a bus back to the car park.”

“Convenient and comfortable stay at Novotel, close to airport - pleased with all aspects: ease of booking hotel & parking combined; confirmation details and support via app & email; clean, comfortable hotel room/bed; restaurant; friendly, helpful hotel staff; shuttle bus service (£4) to/from terminal.”

“Travel lodge. Clean, pleasant staff, walking distance to airport in combination with sentinel park. Sentinel parking,2 mins from Leeds/bradford airport, fast friendly staff very efficient with transfers no waiting and very efficient when coming back to pick car up, all instructions simple & easy to understand. 10/10 for sentinel parking”

“Normally using the silver zone parking is good, how ever yesterday on our return only one bus was in operation, we had to wait over 40 minutes in the freezing cold, and we were the lucky ones, people behind us would of been over an hour wait. This is beyond ridiculous. Silver zone are aware when the flights arrive and how many customers are returning and should have sufficient buses to accommodate this. It was only fortunate that is was not raining. Not good enough!!!”

“Convenient and secure parking in T2 multi storey. Under £100 for 8 days. Slight hitch on leaving because my reg number was not recognised by the camera but quickly resolved via the help button at the exit barrier.”

“Booked through the app, very easy to do & downloaded the ticket on my phone. Arrived at the car park scanned ticket, parked & the courtesy bust waited for us . Coming home put card in machine & left. Easy no hassle service”
