“Disappointed overall. Didn’t think email with arrival/departure information provided was clear. Booked “wider spaces car park 2” but had to walk to car park 1 for the bus, and noticed spaces seemed at least as big. On return journey we were dropped in car park 1 and had to walk back to 2. On arrival no number plate recognition so needed to take a ticket and on departure had to press intercom button and wait to be let out. Only 1 bus doing transfers so took longer than advertised and was so busy that at each stop we had to get off to allow people from the back of the bus to exit, then get back on to continue to our stop. However, was very grateful to the driver for collecting us all and being patient.”

“What a fantastic service provided by Holiday Extras it was so simple to organise from booking the hotel and the meet and greet package The ease of dropping your car of at the Meet and Greet then How convenient walking out of your hotel across the road and you was in the terminal And when returning after your holiday you walk across the road pick up your car key and you are on your way home Would definitely use Holiday Extras again and again”

“Hotel is actually the Radisson Red. The conference centre is at the rear. It is quite a way from Terminal 5 and the hotel hoppa bus is a disaster. Dont do it. Pay extra and get a taxi - especially the return. Hotel itself was ok. Not 4 star at any stretch. Probably wouldn't use it again. Fly from Gatwick and use the Premier Inn.”
