“THe Holiday Extras booking procedure is always very straightforward and we have used them on numerous occasions flying from the South terminal. This time was from the North terminal. Parking is easy enough once you find it but they need to improve the signage to find the Sofitel from the car park, which isn't the easiest in the dark. The Sofitel Double Room was excellent, but our meal in the Terrace Bar was awful. Wrong order delivered, cold food and staff who were totally disinterested.”

“Didn’t use parking just a room - this was small but absolutely fine. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Ate at the hotel and this was also very nice.”

“Total chaos on arrival, number recognition system down and unable to gain entry, no one to advise Eventually somebody came and manually operated the boom to allow entry gave us a ticket for our exit on return After 7 days returned at 2200 hrs to collect our vehicle along with many others in the pouring rain . Your number recognition system still not working tried the ticket did not recognise the ticket either eventually had to go to the office to get your operator to manually open the boom , very very frustrating as all you want is home We have pre booked with you in April again lets hope you get your system working more efficiently by then or will be looking for alternatives in the future Very unhappy customer”

“Directions provided to parking were good. Drop off and collection were very efficient and transfer to / from T5 very quick. Excellent service and price for Heathrow T5 parking. A first class service all round.”

“Meet and greet at T2 Manchester was amazing, directions given made it easy to find , the staff made the drop off quick and efficient . On return I had lost my ticket, the staff were very courteous and assisted in checking my info and returning my car, quick and easy. It is very convenient being at the terminal - no shuttle buses to contend with.”

“Brilliant service . Arranged airport parking at sentinel parking leeds bradford. Had to cancel our first holiday and Holiday Extras issued me a voucher for afull refund. Manage to go a week later and used the voucher.”

“Absolutely terrible when we got to the allocated car park for Sofitel Gatwick they had no knowledge of our reservation. We then had to go into the Sofitel to get the confirmation to bring back. Then the Sofitel also had no knowledge of any hotel or car parking reservation although I had paid in full at the time of booking and had received an email confirming this! The hotel eventually found our booking and gave us a car parking form we then had to take back to car park. The hotel apologised for inconvenience of booking with Holiday Extras and upgraded our room. On our return to pick up the car we was then told we had to pay another £60 due to the fact the hotel had not received our parking reservation even though it had been paid in full to Holiday Extras!!!! So in a nutshell… Booking with this company was not only terrible service but cost far more in the long run than all other quotes that were given to me by other companies!!! DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COWBOY COMPANY”
