“When we got back to birmingham airport 20/5 @ 7. Meet & greet had barricaded our car in to their car park & didn’t get it until 10.30. Appalling just left in workers cabin. Awful will never use blue circle meet & greet at Birmingham again.”

“As ever, the pre-trip communications were excellent, with good directions to our chosen car park, and the process itself of checking in the car and getting it back after our holiday, was easy and smooth. Whenever we need airport parking we don't even consider NOT using Holiday Extras!”

“Struggled on line, as you do.. so was really happy to be able to book over the phone. Really nice lady who was very helpful. Registration Number recognition was really convenient. No tickets to lose and you kept your keys rather than queuing up to drop them off and pitch about retrieving them later. Very simple and very fast. Plenty of easy parking too - at Cardiff short stay.”

“The lounge at Birmingham airport is nothing short of a joke. It is not a patch on East Midlands or Manchester. No Prosecco, pay extra for bottles you get as standard elsewhere and the standard of food was nothing other than minimal”
