“Our initial thoughts were, the parking is a long way from where our ship will be docked. But the parking and taxi ride were very efficient. Our only gripe is that on our return our taxi driver would not lift our cases into or out of the taxi stating he cant lift that. Now I am 76 so a little help would have been good. If I didn't use you again it would be because of this. What would have done if I was disabled? Consequently no tip was offered.”

“On returning to my car I couldn’t believe the amount of bird poo on it. It was covered! It must have been left under something whilst parked up. More worrying was that the driver had driven it back with severely restricted vision. The poo had been on the car for some time as it extremely hard to get off, plus it damages the paintwork. Not impressed at all! Not allowing me to upload photos of the car.”

“Very convenient, just drop off car and walk few steps into the airport and the same on the return leg, my car is waiting for me. Excellent for people with walking difficulties. Only one fault and that is when you exit airport you have to press the buzzer and give a code to get out and it takes ages to get them to answer And the queue builds up behind you with angry drivers who think you don’t know how to pay !”

“Whilst it was easy to get parked and the transfer was pretty quick and easy when we went shopping today and tried to get a trolley we realised that all of the pounds from the car were missing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Purple Parking are accepting no liability for this stating that nothing should be left in the car.”

“It's hard to mess up parking and therefore difficult to score well if something small happens. I couldn't get through the barrier at either side of the stay, despite all my details being correct. I had to give all my details to the attendant who seemed clueless. Apparently my details weren't registered on the system. Despite them all being on my booking on the app”
