“Parked at EMA long stay 1, drove up and let us in - bus arrived a few minutes later and all good. Return was just as easy - bus was outside the terminal building, got to the car and straight out the barrier. Will use them again.”

“I always book my transfers with you guys but this one was by far the worst ... really poor communication from the transfer company and was left to wait for a long time before leaving the airport. When we called the number they didn't seem to want to try and help at all”

“Flying out was fine, showed the bar code, parked in a disused area of land and then minibus to airport. Coming back we had to search for the number to call online, the number found then gave us a different number and we headed to area 16, we called the number and was told the minibus would be 30 minutes (it was 36 minutes). All in all we landed at 18:30 and we were in the car at 20:10. I wouldn't use again mostly because I spent more time getting back to my car than I did on my flight. A couple we met at the waiting area were desperately calling and never got through to the company but luckily were picked up when we were.”

“I was a little unsure about using these people after I read a view reviews but I am glad I did. They were most helpful professional and even though my car was parked away from the airport, but not too far as I had the car tagged so I could check on it, it came back exactly as it had been given no scratches or dents and only 6 miles added so I will definitely use them again”

“Very good deal for overnight stay and parking. Easy bus service to and from airport although the buses could use some better luggage space! The Hampton by Hilton Hotel had comfy and very quiet rooms despite overlooking the runway and station! However, the food is all frozen microwaved dinners which is hugely disappointing. I understand this if food is ordered outside usual meal times but to serve this rubbish at 6pm is not acceptable. Staff appeared bored and I'm not sure the man on reception when I got back spoke any English - sorry, but he stared at me blankly and didn't say a word but only handed me a car park exit ticket, which I didn't need in the end! However, it was an ideal parking/hotel option otherwise.”

“Couldn't find a disabled parking space, spent over 20 minutes trying to find a space then when I did find one it wasn't big enough for me to open my door (disabled, needed door to open wide) then when I return the car behind me parked in my space behind leaving no room for me to get into the boot with my case, the cars both sides were parked on my lines again leaving me little room to get into my car”

“No problems finding the car park and good directions to site. Big issues 1. The floor access is not clear 2. No guidance on which floor has spare capacity. These issues caused repeatedly going round in circles trying to find an available slot”

“The staff are rude & unhelpful, I then returned to my car to see the hand brake had not even been pulled up. Posted a complaint through the holiday extras app and I have heard nothing. Will not be using this parking service again.”
