“Having used Jet Parks for the last 10 years I have to say the service isn’t what it used to be , trouble getting through the barriers and then waiting 30 minutes for a bus , not ideal.”

“The lady who picked us up from the airport was wonderful, she knew our flight was delayed and patiently waited for us. Helped with bags even though we insisted we were fine- her driving was so gentle (yes in Italy!!!) The return journey was not quite the same. The car was uncomfortable as it couldn’t fit in two suitcases, harsh breaking meant that a suitcase was either in my side or in my back every few minutes. A minibus crashed into the back of the car we were in and nothing was really done about it. Granted there was a lot of traffic and I’m grateful we got to the airport on time but this was such an uncomfortable journey.”
