“The cheapest available, but a long walk to and from the transfer bus stop at Gatwick North. Not rcommended for the elderly or infirm.”

“My airline decided to fly me out of one terminal and back in to another. Holiday Extras handled it by returning to the other terminal with no hassle, mixups or delays!”

“Service was good - lounge wasn’t. Food cold - run out of drinks and had to wait 30 minutes for them to be restocked. Car cleaned well but staff a little rude and abrupt.”

“I received text message one day before that your transfer is confirmed at 10:30. Next day I waited till 10:45, no body turned up. Receptionist, took the number and phoned them, they said, they have no record of booking. Cut the story short, after long discussion between receptionist and cab company, and four different phone calls, they agreed to send a cab, as time was short, they asked us to walk up to station, which we did, reached to airport one hour late. Thank God, hotel receptionist helped us, otherwise, not knowing the language, and their answer that, they have no record of booking, put us in great stress. Surely, I will never again use this sort of company.”

“Easy to book, hotel clean and tidy, parking 1 minute from hotel and bus waiting to take us 5 minutes to the airport. Will definitely use both hotel and parking again.”
