The car park has been moved, but sat nav alterations not publicised; signage is inadequate; it is a long, uphill walk to the terminal; the barrier did not open to let me out, and the first person to answer the intercom did nothing other than to say that I had to pay a further fee( I was within my pre-paid booking.) Only when I called back, and spoke to another member of staff, and quoted my booking reference, was the barrier raised to let me out.

Everthing on previous trips has gone well but the last time not so i booked parking at Heatrow from 1am arrived at 1.30am only to find the desk closed and no one there.I rang a number that I eventually found on an an email to be told the desk will not open before 3am. I do think that the booking programe should be sophisticated enough to prevent people booking too earlier a time. When somene did eventually turn up at 2.55am he was obsessed with the fact my entrance ticket said 1.30am well I had been there for 1and a half hours so what did he expect other than that things were fine.

Took a while to find a space, and the hotel itself is very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would probably use this hotel and parking again if needed.

The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. Because we didn’t have an early flight to catch, having flown in about 22.30, breakfast was a welcome addition.

No problem with the parking but think it would be good for edinburgh prem air to notify customers that they have been upgraded to car park 2 before arrival, to save time arriving at car park 1 gates only to be told then. Then on return the ticket did not work to raise barrier. What has happened to registration recognising or was the upgrading records not updated? Car parking and pick ups all fine.

Easy to get to.. only issue was that the car park was full and had to park in additional car parking that has been created. When we returned to collect it had bird poo unfortunately.

Everything went well except First it was a bit confusing where to find my car and then there was a long wait on the barrier opening which is quite annoying at 3am easier to use long stay at least I know where my car is and no problem with barrier.

No problem parking or collecting keys on return. Bus was quick and easy. Car had a small scratch on door when we returned which was a bit annoying but down to poor drivers getting in/out their car I guess?

Good value for money however was not able to contact customer service out of hours. Very limited customer service hours and was not able to extend parking stay. Would be charged standard daily charge.

We usually have a great experience with parking at T5 but our plane was slightly late back and we ran to the bus stop and arrived at 23.50 to see a sign saying the last bus left at 11.45 pm. We then took a taxi at great expense to find a bus pulling on as we arrived. When I enquired I was told the last bus was at midnight. I said the sign said 11.45 - the man said that’s at terminal 2 so it’s midnight at Terminal 5. Why on earth doesn’t it say that on the sign at Terminal 5? We had tried to phone the phone number given 5 times whilst on the plane waiting for a gate and in the airport but it wasn’t answered except for saying don’t leave a message -what’s the point of the “on call” number? This is a shame as we have previously been very happy with the service

Very happy and easy. Just park then take the bus to the terminal. Drivers seemed to gave very little people skills which made the passenger's feel very uncomfortable. Also paid insurance incase we was delayed on return flight then when we was delayed I was charged an extra £15 to leave the car park! So what did the insurance cover for?? OK just needs polishing up.
