“Simple efficient process and only 5 mins walk to Terminals 1 or 3. Always use if at those Terminals. Not good for Terminal 2 as bus seems to take forever when you get back!”

“Simple process from start to finish to book. Great that at Gatwick I could book a lounge included on the Holiday extra’s website. Parking is a simple process and it works. Still very busy even in October. The return bus stop (same as drop off) seems a bit of a hike to and from the terminal entrance.”

“Everything was fine with Silver Zone apart from our return from the airport to collect our car. Had to wait 45 minutes for the bus. The queue stretched all the way across the terminal building as the rain came down. The lack of buses to deal with the amount of customers put a big dampener (literally) on our experience.”

“Easy drop off and collection process, bus was timely and quick/easy transfer. I paid for the car be charged upon return, which it was but cable was ‘slung’ back Into the boot and not placed back into the bag it came out of nor the protective caps placed back on the charging end. Mud in car, up door panel and on ledge from I’m guessing shoes.”
