“Very easy to use. I arrived to leave my car after midnight and was easy to do everything needed. A member of staff was there to help you in case you need and buses are running very often to the aeroport. There is even a heating area to waiting for the bus.”

“Easy enough as long as you dont take the entry for T2 drop off in haste and not the next turn for T2West. As I did, easily done. Otherwise parking was fine, be patient finding a parking spot, once in 3 minute walk in to terminal.”

“Good: Helpful staff at drop & go. Bad: My car was filthy dirty; it looked like it had been driven through a farmers field with mud spay covering both sides of the car.”

“The car parking drop and go system worked fine, only gripe was that the key return box didn't open easily, when you touch the screen to retrieve your key it didn't work the first few times.”

“Arriving at Bristol, the Office struggled to find our booking. " Did you ring us 1/2 an hour before?" ..I got the impression there was a lack of communication with yourselves... All sorted quickly. The return was much smoother.”

“the directions to the premium car park were poor, but once found the system worked well and the pick up on return was exemplary. We could not initially recognise that the Ibis budget and the Ibis were not one and the same. Ibis was fine but not of the same standard found in France.”

“Best price for all parking options at Birmingham airport. Only problem was that I had to make a cancellation and they gave a partial refund keeping £10 for a voucher for you to use in future, it’s ok for me as I travel a lot but if you don’t it’s annoying!”
