“No waiting, especially when arriving back into Bristol. There were 2 buses waiting for passengers and 3 staff ready to return car keys. Very welcome as by then it was 03.30 by our internal clock. All staff were helpful and courteous.”

“Very happy to use the meet and greet side of the car park. I normally use carpark 2. Really impressed at the speed and efficiency of picking the car and getting out of the airport. Would love to use them again.”

“Very happy with our experience using Jet Parks 3 parking at Manchester airport for the first time. The shuttle buses were frequent on arrival and departure . Easy and hassle free, would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again in the future.”

“For the second time booking the VIP lounge we were again disappointed. Our flight was very early and therefore we were not able to take in the breakfast in our Hotel and were hoping for something hopefully hot but at least decent. How wrong we were. The food on display was just warm and lacked choice. This Lounge is grossly overpriced and we feel that having given it two chances we won’t be booking again. This isn’t a decision taken lightly as we have used the airport lounges for a lot of years but enough is enough.”

“No problems. Rang them after getting suitcases and car arrived as we arrived at the car park. Lots of building work at Birmingham airport so walk to car was 5/8 mins.”

“After we collected our luggage I tried to phone the numbers on the card I had been given when we left car a week earlier. None of the 3 numbers on the card answered. I kept calling repeatedly and never got answered. On arrival at T3 short stay we had to wait over 20 mins for our car to arrive. What was the point in paying extra for meet & greet which didn’t work. Would have been quicker to have gone with getting a bus to a long stay. Not going to use this service again.”
