“Checking in was straightforward. Close to the airport so quick transfer. Only grumble was when we landed approximately 02.20 there was no bus to collect us. We waited at least 20 mins before it arrived...despite the fact they know the arrival time of the plane & it takes less than 5 minutes between carpark & airport . Pick up point is next to a zebra crossing & the other side is another collection point so there wasn't a great deal of room for us to que without causing an obstruction.”

“This is the fourth time I have used drop & go its all so easy, have never had any problems, even when I needed to postpone due to Covid. I will re-use later in the year.”

“Blue car park is walkable as advertised, don’t know if it was possible to select the parking area in walking distance for the same price? If it is possible, pick orange. That said, always have chosen holiday extras for my airport parking and will continue”

“Holiday Extras are great unfortunately you need to do something about Car park 2 at Bournemouth airport! The signage is dreadful especially late at night. The lights are on so you can see people wandering about looking for their cars. I know it's not your fault but I am sure you could put pressure on the airport to do something about it. Good luck!”

“CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. The price was higher than I would hope for the 11 days and there needs to be a better pricing process. Great collection and delivery. I'd use again”

“The Maple meet and greet service was outstanding. Easy to find, fast to park and to deliver the car back. The Holiday Inn was ok, not that great. I was surprised to have to pay for the overnight parking, there was no food option when we arrived (11pm) other than using a delivery app, and I didn’t particularly like staying on the ground floor. Distance- wise, the hotel is close enough to the airport. The rooms are clean and functionally comfortable.”

“Parked at Stansted for a week using Meet and Greet. Friendly, efficient staff. Car park is right outside the terminal so very convenient. Short stay parking is only a few minutes extra walk so whether I use this service again will be down to price.”

“It was very easy to book my parking at Purple Parking Gatwick through Holiday Extras. Dropping off the car was easy and it was ready for me on return. The only slight negative was I had to wait half an hour for a bus from the terminal on my return to get to the car park.”

“Good selection of parking options competitively priced. The drop off and collection process for parking the car was good. The only problem was the instructions states desk for dropping off the keys is by the lifts. But there are 2 sets of lifts departures and arrivals. The instructions doesn't state the desk is at the arrivals set of lifts”
