“The cottage was lovely and in a quiet location with a large private garden. The location is ideal for visiting all parts of North Norfolk and beyond. Owner was very helpful and contacted us to advise on turning the heating up when a cold spell was expected. A security deposit was a condition of the booking and the terms were it would be returned within seven working days after the end of the holiday. For our booking the agency retained the deposit for the full seven working days (eleven calendar days). There is no need for them to withhold reimbursement of the deposit for so long.”

“We were delighted with our recent stay at Bridgemead in Branscombe. The house was a real home from home and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather during our stay and the little garden was a real plus. The house is in an excellent location for accessing the beach and for the exploring the stunning countryside. We would love to come back.”

“Booking was very easy. We received all the info we needed before our trip and the cottage was lovely. It had everything that we needed and was in a lovely spot. I was a little worried when I saw we were opposite the pub but didn't need to be. Once indoors you couldn't hear any noise from the pub. Would definitely use Holidaycottages again and would book this cottage again!”

“Absolutely amazing lovely setting , clean everything you need to just relax and do nothing and that’s what we needed , cannot rate this place enough, loved the outdoor bath , brilliant Richard and jacqui xx”

“A down to earth house which is well appointed with comfortable furniture throughout. The house manager was approachable and helpful. Whilst there is evidence of some restorative work, the house is tired/lived in which means we were not worried about children running around and the dog wandering throughout the ground floor. Good welcome pack. Some upgrading to showers would be helpful. Lovely garden”

“This is the second time I have completed this feedback. Please don't ask me again. Cottage was as advertised, a very comfortable stay. My only criticism is that all the beds were quite small and their mattresses rather soft.”

“We loved our visit to the Margot lodge in Porth Towan. The lodge was in great condition, perfect facilities and a lot of clean towels to use inside and when using the sauna/hot tub. We found the lodge to be very clean and of a high standard.”
