“You were unable to provide correct information on why your system could not cope with my day before booking. I had no subsequent problems once my booking was accepted at the 11th hour.”

“From booking to arriving at our cottage everything went smoothly, the accommodation was excellent and will certainly use again.”

“The cottage was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The outside was not really suitable for my two untrained dogs. Accessing the internet was initially difficult due to a weird password. Overall we enjoyed our time at the cottage.”

“I've used Holiday Cottages for many years now and I've never had any issues. The whole process of booking a holiday with them is an easy and smooth process, the website is simple to use and there is a very wide range of properties available. When I have had to speak to the 'team' I've always found them friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help.”

“The house at Greatstone was used for a family Christmas break and it was just fabulous. It was decorated beautifully with lights and Christmas trees and was in the perfect location for walks on the beach. The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing break. Loved it!”

“Perfect little holiday home in Sherringham, central and easy to walk to shops, pub and the beach and very clean and tidy. Only negative was the bathroom never seemed to get warm, or the bedroom. Plus unusual not to be greeted with even a pint of milk or a few tea bags. Having said that would stop again but not in the winter.”

“Easy to book. Tyncross Lodge was a delight and very well furnished. The owners were very helpful, and they even provided a fully decorated Christmas tree, which was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation to recommend this accommodation to others.”

“Online booking is very easy. Comms during the period is excellent. The property was exactly as you described - apple cottage is really homely, quiet and very well kept. Everything and more that you can have for a lovely break. Welcome pack for Christmas was amazing.”
