Placed order on line on Sat 28th March got confirmation email and money has been taken from my bank. Told as was everyone else will be delivered in 2/3 days. Nothing has arrived tried contacting by email and messanger but to no avail. I know we are living in difficult times but why take and order which you are not going to be able to deliver on. And no response to attempted contact. I see still taking orders and payments too. Not good enough a total scam. I now just want my money back

Placed order on the 26th March (the day they shut stores). Was told my order would take 5 days (I paid £12.50 for the privilege). It's been 12 days. Received no communication as to what is happening. Went on their website, it said deliveries are taking 2-3 days longer. However both timescales have been and gone and received nothing. The worst thing is they don't communicate the delay nor reply to any of your messages asking for an update. I've contacted them via their online form, Facebook and Twitter - yet despite them asking you to DM them - they don't respond! They have debited hundreds of pounds from my bank account, and aren't telling me if my order is even being delivered! Total scam! I understand things are tough at the moment but other retailers are adjusting delivery times and at least telling you when the order will be delivered. Homebase are simply not responding to anything. Shocking! Do not order!

AVOID PURCHASING FROM HERE!!! Placed an online order over 3 weeks ago, confirmation email received saying items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.... it’s been 3 weeks! You can’t speak to a human to find out what’s going on, it’s an email process with no reply. This company is a scam it should have closed down well before the Covid outbreak. I will not ever use this company again, absolute misleading disgrace.

Placed order 29.03.2020 - Estimated delivery 2/3 days. Heard nothing from Homebase. I have emailed them requesting an update and once again I've heard nothing. I understand that these are unusual times due to Covid 19 but the lack of communication from them is very poor. Would give them 0 stars if possible and when things return to normal they will be getting any of mu business. In a nutshell it's appalling service!!

Order placed 24th, money taken 25th. Delivery date stated as within 5 days. Day 12 and nothing, no update and no delivery. No way of tracking my order or contacting you. Have emailed 3 times, no reply. I think I voice the opinion of many where we appreciate the situation we are all in but you have promised something you cannot deliver but the real frustration is the lack of communication. Poor poor service.

Clearly we are in difficult times and should be mindful of keeping people safe However, why offer an online service if you cannot fulfil it? My money was taken immediately but there is no real way of contacting them Honesty and communication is key Amazon have been just that and deliveries really good - pretty much as normal from what I’ve heard

Placed an order 25th march with homebase 2 to 5 day delivery..i understand their was a 2 to 3 day delay but todate no communication! No way of tracking? Or cancelling??? Like other customers very disappointed! Where is the customer service...do not answer phones or replt to online enquires! Think twice before parting with your money!! I Placed an order with argos lots of communication and goods were delivered on time! 5**** to argos.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMEBASE. This has to be a scam. My order is very late and no way to track or contact them. They recently closed my local store, bristol, which makes me think they are in trouble.

I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest. I ordered 3 tins of F&B paint and some sandpaper on Mond 23rd March, receieved two emails saying there was a delay with my 3 day delivery due to Covid-19. Fair enough. I then receive an email saying my delivery is on its way doesn't say whats in the delivery. DHL deliver one package of sandpaper on Wed 2nd April. I can't get hold of anyone at Homebase to see whether the paint should be delivered too, i can't seem to find anywhere to teack the status of my origional order. I have emailed the helpdesk on Wed it is now Saturday and received no reply yet they have managed to take the £110 quick enough. I was hoping to have this in time for the easter break and thought that 3 weeks should be more than enough time for items to deliver. I can't even cancel the order from Homebase and order directly from F&B as i don't have the extra money. It is absolutley infuriating and the customer service is disgusting. I will NEVER shop in Homebase again nor would i reccomend anyone else to. If my delivery is delayed and in two seperate packages then so be it but would be good to know whether ive been tucked up by the delivery driver or if the paint is still on backorder. It stated it was in stock which is why i ordered it.

Ordered nearly £600 worth of goods last week at checkout it stated it would be with me in 5 days I’ve not even received a phone call for a time slot or date!! No way of calling and filled out an online form 3 times so far with no reply I sole reason I ordered from here was because of how quick it was advertised to arrive I even spent a little bit more than I wanted to because if the delivery date if I wanted it this late I would have gone somewhere else, really not amused if I don’t hear anything by the end of the week I will be reporting to trading standards

Ordered a hot tub online stated 2 to 5 day delivery and that there was no delivery delays have received a confirmation email filled in numerous request forms for a phone call, and sent several emails to complaints team haven’t had a follow up call about my enquires from the reviews being left many customers are experiencing similar problems and haven’t received online orders , if they are struggling with online orders and there are serve time delays then why are they still letting people order from there site. Why are they still taking people’s money, surely this will only add to their work load and create more delays leaving more customers out of pocket. Why not shut website down for maintenance and deal with the orders they have and get a better structure in place to prevent this from continuing and get up to date with orders. Disgusting customer service, nothing but con artist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY whilst I understand at this moment in time there are unforeseeable circumstances that may arise but a curtsy email to let customers know what is happening or even return requested phone calls to customers with regards to there queries. If they are struggling then they need to stop accepting online orders and deal with the orders of customers they already have. They WONT proving they are more concerned with profits then customer service, I plan on taking this as far as I can although I can claim payment back as I am covered through my credit card company but companies like this must be made an example of , it is against the customer trading standards to take money for a purchase, then not deliver item to the customer then make it impossible for the customer to make any sort of contact, with your company.

Ordered 27th March £400 HOT TUB PLUS £32 KIT £40 MAT DELIVERY stated within 5 days NO confirmation NO customer order no TAKEN my money on 30th March Filled in 2 communication forms Tried calling numerous numbers STILL NO COMMUNICATION STILL NO DELIVERY !!!! Extremely upset as a birthday gift for my daughter AND STILL TAKING ORDERS EVEN THOUGH THEY CANT HANDLE THE ONES THEY ALREADY HAVE. I will be reporting, as should everyone else they have scammed

Ordered 5 tins of paint, a decorating set and an extension roller but only the decorating set and extension roller arrived and no sign of the paint. I paid extra to have it delivered on a certain date so I wouldn’t miss it. They’ve ignored all forms of enquiry that I’ve sent in.

Disgusting ordered a hot tub last week took 400 pound out my bank haven’t had confirmation email and no number to get in touch with customer service filled online form in last week and again today still haven’t gotten back in touch I am 400 pound out of pocket with no indication when I am going to receive my order. Phoned servers stores which where supposed to be closed to only to get through to staff who told me they had had a number of complaints so took the customer service number down because no more then five people can be working at one time so why there people in there stores?? If they can’t help with online orders !! Do not order from this con site who are using these current pandemic as an excuse to take your money and then not give you goods knowing you are unable to get in touch with them there are other shops going above and beyond to help customers will Homebase are taking people cash they should feel ashamed of themselves

The WORST DIY Store around bar none! Placed an order for 5 items 2 weeks ago for £104 on the basis all items on the website were shown as being in stock and delivery, which I had paid for would be in 3 days. Received the confirmation e,-mail promptly so was reasonably optimistic my goods would be delivered. Homebase immediately took the money for the goods from my account. Having waited for a week with no update I sent in a customer services web form from their web site asking when I was going to receive the products I had paid for. 3 days later I get an e-mail saying my products were being dispatched forthwith. Next day DHL arrived with a small package containing 2 rolls of masking tape (£8) no sign of the paint I'd ordered worth £96. Been sending various e-mails and submitted another web form all of which are being ignored. Homebase if you cant provide a service shut down now - you are using Covid-19 as a smoke screen - do NOT publish lies and misinformation on your web site regarding availability of products. A real corporate scam. Order No : 4071243910

Placed an order 4 days ago for a £74 product that was due to be delivered within 3 days, no product has been delivered, no emails have been answered, phone line service is unavailable. Homebase should not advertise home delivery if they can not fulfil the placed orders.

Ordered garden furniture on Monday. Confirmation email stated this would be delivered on Wednesday. This has not arrived. They have my money but I have no goods. Efforts to try to contact them have failed. They are not answering phones or responding to online form which I have sent twice. I appreciate things are not normal at the moment, but an email to offers a different date or tracking facility would help. I ordered with Next yesterday and my order has arrived this morning! Quite honestly if I had seen the reviews here I would not have ordered from them at all.

Ordered some garden furniture for delivery today and it hasn’t been delivered. No email to say there’s been a delay and nobody is around to speak to. I appreciate that we are in an unusual situation but no correspondence is not acceptable.
