I have an elderly tenant that we purchased a fridge for. The day before the delivery I was told that the fridge would arrive between 7am and 10am. I personally sat outside from 6:45am until 9am and no home depo truck ever came into my development, I was told by dispatch that they had left a note on my door which was a lie because I was outside since 6:45am. I then found out later upon rescheduling that the driver wen to the wrong address. Once the fridge was finally delivered, they were unable to install I was informed I would need a plumber and that they would come back to install it. I was able to install the fridge however I needed to schedule a pickup for the old fridge. The day the driver was supposed to pick up the fridge I spoke to him personally and because of the earlier fiasco with the fridge delivery I recorded our conversation, I explained to him that the unit is on the second floor I gave the unit number not once but twice cause again my tenant is elderly. The driver informed me that he was 10mins away. I let my tenant know and because of the earlier incident she went outside herself to wait. The driver drove passed her and did not stop. Of course, due to the holiday I was away and did not get the message until this morning. Upon calling to find out why the fridge was not picked up I was told that the driver spoke to someone and told them due to the rain that it couldn't be picked up. That again is a lie I recorded our conversation, and no rain was mentioned he informed he was 10mins away and my elderly tenant was outside waiting and drove pass her. Now they are telling me that my tenant must have this fridge in her home another week because of your guys not wanting to do their job. I am beyond frustrated, is this how home depo treats their paying customers and elderly customers? I will be giving a bad review on your services and defiantly not be recommended your delivery services to anyone. I have the conversation recorded how dare they lie!!!!!

Terrible awful customer service experience. Called customer support cause my newly delivered fridge had a problem with a door not closing properly. The lady that answered was Amy (I will never forget her name) so so rude and zarkastic. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I will never ever again buy a mayor appliance through Home depot. Sorry for those who have to deal with this lady named Amy and has been working for Home Depot for 5 years. That's what she screamed at my during the conversation. It was so so terrible she was being rude to the LG rep that was on the line with us. When he proved her wrong I guess she was so embarrassed she hung up and left me alone on the call with LG. That was the best time of an hour long call. From there on everything was smooth. All I can say is me and my family will never again why appliances at home depot.

Ordered a zero turn riding lawnmower and it arrived damaged. Home Depot replaced it, but will not give me a credit on my credit card until they receive the damaged mower back. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get them to pick up the damaged mower; but not having much luck...so I have two $5500.00 charges on my credit caard that they expect me to pay because they don't know how to load riding mowers so that they don't get damaged. I will never shop at Home Depot again!!

Don't know whats going on with homedepot online ordering, but will never use it again! And will be reporting them to the BBB. When checking the last statement it didn't seem like I had gotten the online discount, so when placing a new order on June 17th I payed more attention. My total in the regular area was full price, but it was on the bottom of that page were it said coupon applied, new total minus my $25 discount. I took some pictures and proceeded with order. Right after I called customer service telling them what happen. They said don't worry the discount will be on your new statement. It wasn't!! And when I called CS back on the 29th they said I had no discount on that order, until I told them I have pictures. Then told I will now have it on my next statement. Will see! Beware of this shifty practice !!

Their website and online services are horrid. Online all they want to do is market things that I'm not interested in. So much so that I gave up. Their online chat when trying to order something was even worse. I called the store and waited for almost an hour for a real live human being to answer the phone all the while having to listen to the audio version of their marketing blabbering. It's faster and easier to just drive to the store and collar someone to get what you want ordered.

WARNING! Don't buy plants online from Home Depot. Go look at the Pentas pictured on the Home Depot website. Then see in this review what Home Depot shipped to me. I reported the problem to Home Depot. Received no response let alone a refund for the miserable plants I received.

Terrible service! Ordered flooring twice. First time it was delivered to the wrong address. Called Home Depot and was on hold for an hour. Finally talked to someone and had to wait another week and half to get the flooring. Received the box ripped up and opened with the flooring damaged. Call Home Depot again, waited another hour on hold to hear that they will only credit me $15.00. I typically shop Hone Depot locally but what a Stressful and Horrible experience!

Do NOT buy appliances from here! They have given me the run around since the beginning of April about my washer and dryer. First they only had my dryer and didn’t know where my washer was . I told them I wanted them delivered together! They gave me the 28th and said for BOTH. They showed up today with only the washer and now don’t know where my dryer is! 😡

I bought an air conditioner and had it installed. 3 weeks later it would not turn on. After multiple phone calls and a visit from the service rep and many hours on hold I was able to have my installation fee refunded— but in the form of an e- gift card that I could not apply toward the AC purchase…I am still out $1200 for the purchase of 2 air conditioner units until I can return the defective one. The next installation time I was given was the end of July. After much fighting I was able to get the e- gift card applied to the new purchase and was contacted for an earlier install date. Overall I am incredibly dissatisfied and will never purchase an appliance from Home Depot again - horrible customer service

Used the contractor service for a new roof.Thought Home Depot would keep me protected from a shady contractor. I had a roof done. They went right over rotten wood busted some wood didnt replace it.Had a dip in roof from rotton wood.Still have the dip.Had to leave for dentist.My neighbors watched them load up a bunch of extra shingles The porch he busted up the old steps just left them under there.You can see.Was suppose to redo the whole porch.You can see the small section.No credit given.Neighbor said atleast to packs.This was Garrco Home improvements from Louisiana. The roof I was charged Just short of 18,000.00 and 4000.00 was the price for the porch.You can't even get home depot to call you.Moral to my story.Dont think for one minute Home depot will make it right.They won't even call you.Tammie Luedeman tammieluedeman@gmail.com

I don't like to give bad reviews, but....it seems everyone has had similar experience with home depot's delivery service. If you can even call it service. The delivery for our washer and dryer has been delayed three times. The first time, the driver cancelled because his wife supposedly went into labor, which was annoying but understandable. Then the second time, it was rescheduled. Third time, they said their truck could not make it down the driveway because of the bushes, except every other delivery truck somehow makes it down without an issue. Why couldn't they just drop it at the top of the driveway or wheel it down? Now they are saying they will deliver it next week. It has me thinking the only bush that is really a problem is the one they are beating around - it makes me think this is a scam which is surprising because I expected more from Home Depot. Three strikes you are out, we will take our business elsewhere. Don't buy from this unreliable company unless you want to be disappointed and wash your clothes in the bathtub for weeks waiting for a simple washer and dryer to be delivered. Very disappointing experience.

The telephone service is so bad. I should get refund, but they charge me as purchase! When I called them, the line disconnected for the excuse " I get somebody to else to assisted you" or just no reason. It happened three times today. My issue still didn't get resolved.

I had ordered a clothes washer and set delivery for three weeks later. They were suppose to call me the night before to give a 3 hour window of delivery. They did not. I called the store and they said between 10:00AM - 2:00 AM. I took off from work, drove to my shore house to await delivery. Time came and went, nothing. I called the store and one agent told me the delivery window was 8:00AM-6:00 PM.. I spoke to the manager. He called the delivery company who said they still had 7 deliveries before mine, so some time that day. The manager said I could wait or schedule another day for delivery. I said I would have to take off work again, drive two hours to the shore, and no guarantee it would be delivered that day anyhow. He said "yes". That is not service. Said it was not his fault. Do NOT buy from Home Depot.

Today I visited Home Depot - Rick Case Way, I made several purchases and was checkout by an attendant. After I paid with my credit card and proceed to leave the store, I turned back and noticed that the attendant was printing a duplicate receipt of my purchase. I asked her if that is my receipt and she stated, "Yes". I then asked why are you printing my receipt, she stated, "for her own reason" She then proceed to call her lead attendant, who stated the same. This did not make much sense to me so I requested a manager for further explanation. The manager, Chris came and I explained to him what had happened. He then told me in his, "that is weird". He then went and spoke to the attendant and the lead attendant, and then came back to tell me that they print customer receipts sometimes for tracking. I stated, that this is not supposed to happen without my knowledge, as my information is on that receipt. I asked repeatedly to verify the receipt that was pulled by the attendant and placed in her coat pocket, but they refused to show it to me. I called the police and waited but they took a while to show for quite a long time, so I had to leave. What HomeDepot did here is not normal and should be investigated!!.

I ordered a pallet of pavers delivered to my back yard. They sent a 7' wide loader, not a fork lift. I had to pay 275.00 for others to finish delivery. Neither delivery or rental would help at all. They kept the fee for delivery. I will take my business elsewhere.

After 9 months and 3 appointments to get a floor install I was left with concrete floors. The last installer they sent just did not want to do the job. I received months of empty promises and now no one at customer care returns my phone calls.
