“Hidden information!!! We were not aware of additional charges when making this booking. Further to us making full payment to Booking.com the Hosts would not give us access information for our 3 night stay until we made a further £25 payment. Albeit outside of the control of the Host, On arrival we were greeted by loud foul and offensive language. This accommodation is directly opposite and within 6m of the bedrooms and entrance. Host and Stay surely have a moral obligation to make prospective guests aware of what’s outside the main entrance. Newly renovated property”

“We had a brilliant stay at saltburn by the sea. It was a great location for us. We had a dog and being right on the beach was perfect. The sea view was just beautiful being able to watch it of an evening. The place itself was pristine, modern and affordable we will definitely be back!”

“15,Eaby Hall, Scarborough. A lovely apartment on the third floor of the building with own car parking space. The apartment is large with lounge, kitchen/dinning room with a galley bedroom. It is beautifully done out with everything you would need. The location is ideal for getting around Scarborough by foot or by the local bus. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Scarborough.”

“We recently stayed at clifton house in scarborough. Really clean and tidy and modern. There was 8 of us and everyone was inpressed by the house, location and comfy beds. Easy access with a key safe outside. No parking outside but got lots of info from host and stay about car parks near by. Looking forward to booking again and enjoying another weekend away!”

“Recent stay in Skinningrove. Property sleeps 8 but unfortunately only 4 mugs so we had to take it in turns to have a hot drink. Property in need of some general TLC. When we had any concerns we emailed and text host and stay and we received a prompt response and friendly response so thank you for your help. We requested more towels and they were delivered the next day. Unfortunately We would t stay there again but we do thank you for your help whilst we were there.”

“We are a party of 7 who have just returned from one of your properties in whitby (high tide). The house was faultless, great position, spotless, comfortable. Lovely outside decking area. There was just one thing, 3 from our group were involved in a horrible traffic accident on there way in and were very lucky to have only minor injuries. The driver spent hours on the phone trying to sort a hire car and could only get one at midday on day of departure and we were told they could not leave luggage even just for 2 hour. This I thought was a bit mean and uncharitable under the circumstances.”

“Easy to book, check in, exceptionally clean, everything we needed. Very well run. We booked a cottage in Wood Street, Barnard Castle. Parking for 2 cars, so close to town and all amenities. Would definitely book through these again.”

“What a lovely place . Tasteful decor and a number of extra touches that were appreciated . No on site parking but found free parking close to the property. Great base to explore Whitby and the surrounding countryside/ coastal locations”

“Razorbill Cottage - Flamborough Spacious property for a one bed Convenient location Mostly peaceful but there are chickens in the allotments next door, who wake up at 4am Good handy dog walk 2 mins from property Definitely needs shelving for toiletries, in the bathroom, they had to be placed on the top of the WC Needs hooks or chair also for robe/clothing”

“Property 82G,Galgate, Barnard castle it had not been cleaned from previous holiday guest, complained an they didn’t want to know, don’t book anything with this company, I’ve since done a lot of Internet search and most people say the same thing.”

“We stayed at Ruby Riftswood in Saltburn. This is the ground floor apartment and has everything you need. A beautifully set out place. We would definitely stay again, but the mattress is absolutely solid and not comfortable, if I went again I would take a mattress topper. Other than that it really is a lovely place to stay.”
