“”AVOID AT ALL COSTS”” Brought a pair of Levi’s on House of… Brought a pair of Levi’s on House of Fraser. Due to there very poor size chart and no listing ref to the leg size I had to guess what the leg size was. When it turned up the leg size was wrong I then realised that they do not offer free returns now. So as it was there poor listings I thought they would at least offer a refund or arrange collection on the postage for free especially as I’ve spent over £100. Sadly they didn’t care nor was interested regarding my complaint. So now I’ll return all 3 pairs of Levi’s for a full refund as they are a bad company that doesn’t care about it’s customers. “” AVOID HOUSE OF FRASER AT ALL COSTS “”

Returnes department - Shocking experience, ordered goods and used evoucher. Had to return some items , sent evoucher back even when I bought an item and then even worse they havent credited me for one of the items i have returned. ROTTEN service cannot get people to communicate with you to get sorted taken 4 months so far and still out of pocket.

2 orders cancelled and it took 4 weeks for money to be returned to my account. HOF have no contact number and communication via email was pointless. No one cared

Shocking!! order online pay £5 for click and collect from store which is free with most stores and have to wait FIVE to SEVEN days for delivery. No delivery in this day and age takes that long, no updates what so ever either. Need to return some items too and reading reviews on here am not looking forward to that one bit!

Worst online company I have dealt with , I bought a quite expensive shirt they sent the wrong item in the correct packaging almost two weeks in and they just don’t reply to emails there is no contact number to call absolutely shocking customer services

This is the worst department store in London or most probably in the whole UK. first they have no customer service department or dedicated numbers to call for customers should they any issue which tells how much they care. second, they are not credible or trustworthy, they went into administration last year, many people like myself who didn't know have lost the credit the store owes them. when I went to claim my money they said we owe you nothing! third, their return policy is only two weeks, decent store have min 28 days, John Lewis which is next to them have 90 days return policy. there is more to say but I want to be brief. this should tells you enough about this store. Its unfortunate for such a nice building in prime location.

Service has deteriorated beyond recognition at House of Fraser since the take over. I ordered items through the 'pre-order' service. Waited 2 weeks after the supposed dispatch date. No contact from Frasers until 5 days after my email asking when my order would be dispatched. I was told the items where not available and that i would be issued a refund. The online site states that payment would not be taken until goods are dispatched which is a lie. I think this is a con to entice people onto there site with the promise of fantastic bargains only to take the money, ignore the customer then deny that those items were ever available. Goodbye Frasers, your not the store i used to know.

What a shame their online shopping is such a disgrace. First item sent, all stretched where it has been on hanger, voucher not money refund. 2 nd item ordered, paid at more expense, another postage demand, monies taken, then notified out of stock.....it is still on website for sale. In store staff and customers are let down by this fiasco. Rebecca in Aylesbury HOF couldn’t be more helpful. For some reason store unable to transfer garments.....for a secure sale......you couldn’t make it up. I need to take a 50 mile round trip to rid myself of my voucher.

Dreadful - just dreadful. Mike Ashley seems determined to run it into the ground. See all the other negative reviews. It's luck if your order is processed. My first was cancelled do to a card issue - umm my card provider stated there was no problem and pre-authorisation had been approved. I suspect HoF simply didn't want to supply the order and honour the DEBS discount code. Second order paid for with Paypal using the same card but no discount = processed (shock). Third order 'pending' although stock was supposed to have been available 10 days ago. I'm assuming this will also be cancelled. Customer care is non-existent, literally. No contact number, email form only, they might get back to you, if they feel like it. I'll repeat that; THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CONTACT NUMBER. Shocked aren't you? Even my card provider did not have a valid direct number for them, which was very concerning. You're left with the impression the new management has no intention of retaining existing customers or running the stores as viable concerns, they just wanted the brand names that came with HoF and they're letting it wither. It's like dealing with an shady internet retailer when the web first started.

I would strongly advise that if they mess around with your order, and don't provide things that you've paid for, to get your refund by contacting your card issuer. It will be dealt with much more efficiently then, and likely make them be audited and forced to change. This was always my favourite clothes store. Even more than asos. Since the MA takeover though you can see the standards have dropped, massively. It is now just sports direct with Ralph Lauren on sale too. You can no longer contact them, other than via an online chat area, where they terminate the chat if you make them deviate from their pre-programmed script. Trust me - I wasn't abusive or anything. They only like to copy and paste answers, rather than type. This is unbelievable. John Lewis here I come!

PLEASE BEWARE READ THE REVIEWS ONLINE BEFORE ORDERING FROM HOUSE OF FRASER - Ordered 2 Bras from House of Fraser, they did not fit so were returned the day after they were delivered. They were sent to me together in one plastic bag on hangers. They have been returned to me stating that they have not been sent back in their original condition!!! They were sent back to House of Fraser within 24 hours of receiving them in the one plastic bag with their large original tags still attached and on the hangers in EXACTLY in the same condition they were received by me. House of Fraser have accused me of wearing the bras - they did not fit so why would I wear them? The bras both have very large labels attached to them which would have been seen under any clothing they were worn with so this accusation is total fabrication on House of Frasers part. I believe House of Fraser now have a policy NOT to issue refunds to customers and to accuse their customers of wearing items in order NOT to issue refunds. It is interesting to see that Sports Direct also under Mike Ashley's ownership also have many many negative online reviews. House of Fraser used to be a High Street Institution they are now a place where it is not safe to shop they have absolutely zero respect for the customers, I will never purchase anything from House of Fraser again online or instore!!!!

Extortionate delivery costs for standard delivery. Excruciatingly long wait for dispatch. Three of my items were in stock the other was pre-order. Cue an excuse to not send anything. The pre-order date has now come and gone with no confirmation of dispatch. Order your autumn wardrobe now, six months ahead of season. The clothes may just arrive in time. Oh, one final thing, did I read correctly that they now charge £6 if you call customer service?

They do not even deserve one star. This company is a disgrace. If you value your time and money avoid at all cost. They sent me the wrong item and I have had to waste so much time complaining in order to get my money back. They are impossible to get in touch with apart from the complaints site resolver, and then they only pick and choose which messages they want to answer. I had to pay for insured return postage even though it was their mistake for sending me the wrong item. Initially they said they would return the costs, but now refuse to answer any message or refund me. A disgrace of a company. I will now be taking my case to the ombudsman and may I suggest that more people dealing with this company follow suit, to stop them behaving like this with other people. I will NEVER shop with them again!

Ordered some goods 2.5 weeks ago. Order still says processing. I have both emailed customer service and also used contact form but nobody has bothered to come back to me. Never had problems HOF in the past but would never order from them again now. Can’t believe how customers are being treated, it’s disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting I ordered clothes for my holidays a week ago. Still nothing no response from customer service. No response from the customer contact form. No response from no one. There trading license should be revoked.

Ordered a designer bag in march and it said i wouldn't get it till april (which i didn't mind waiting) have just logged in to check when its coming and it says CANCELLED. no email no communication to tell me this funnily enough no refund either!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON
