It’s sbsolutely disgusting that hof not only charge to deliver but then charge for returns!! Certainly won’t be ordering anything else from them!!

Ordered coat, size 12. Even the invoice said 12. Yous sent 14. I asked for exchange for right size. But no I had to pay £11 to send it back. Took days for refund of coat, yet the delivery cost was not refunded or the returns cost yet it was your fault. Emailing backwards and forward to sat I want my refund and delivery cost reimbursed. Will have to ring head office Monday as getting no where I am also ringing consumers rights. There is no customer service anymore everything is by email such a slow process. Totally forgot mike Ashley owns it now. Will never order again from here customer service is appalling and remember guys unless it’s a faulty item when u buy in store or on line you will only get a credit note. They tried to offer me one. I was having none of it giving the error was on their part. 😕😕😕😕 I shop on line due to physical disabilities and this has been a right headache. Had to pay and order right size while waiting on Money to be refunded incase it sold out. Not everyone can afford to do this. There should be a direct exchange system in place, a lot of companies on invoices ask this before you return.

Paid £4.99 for delivery which was to be within 5 working days. Although money taken not even had any update or dispatch emails since 7 days ago. Cannot reach customer service as web chat never available.

Delivery in 4 to 5 working days....what a joke! Order placed 10 days ago, has been ready to ship for 7 days but still not been shipped. Terrible service, no phone number to contact anyone, online chat cuts out. When you can get online chat they blame it on the warehouse. Still no delivery and no indication of when it will arrive. Will certainly not be ordering from House of Fraser again!

Delivery guarantees useless. Unable to contact anyone Unable to cancel order. Happy to take you're money, but not deliver the goods as paid for in the allotted time. Then no communication to you to keep you updated. You are left in the dark. Minus money. Minus goods. No one to talk to . ...to sort it out!!!!

Absolutely hopeless with online delivery. I paid for next day delivery on 5 items. One was delivered next day. The following day one item was cancelled by HOF as out of stock. Two days later the other items were sent for delivery. I’m still waiting for them to be delivered 3days later! HOF customer service cannot be contacted by phone. All numbers given do not exist. Don’t shop with them, they are a shambles. So frustrating.

Very bad customer service. Terrible company, stay away of HOF. I am in Denmark, I have ordered shoes size 6 UK, they send me size 4 UK. I pay to return the item, and I claim my money back for months. Up to today, I haven't recieved my money back. It's unbelievable how dishonest this company is and I regret badly to have shop there. Poor customer service, they never get anything right....they are rude, useless and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to shop there ever.... terrible... terrible .... terrible company. The only way they can stop cheating on customers is if they should close down. Shot this big arnaque down.... disgrace!!! HoF is a pure disgrace to the retail industry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 124.99 worth of goods. Paid next day delivery 6.99. No goods arrived. Sent lots of emails . Couldn't locate a phone number. No on line chat available . I asked to cancel order as birthday present and did not arrive. Then days later 1 item came. I returned as I bought elsewhere. Paid 4.00 returns. There was no information in 1 item parcel about other items though they'd taken full payment. I emailed again several times asking for refund . They sent 1 email stating it was lost in system and that they would sort it with I.T.!!!!!! I emailed said I didn't want it as previously advised. I informed I'd sent 1 item back as very late. I asked for refund and postal charges. I received nothing. Today they sent email saying they'd located it in the warehouse. I then sent an email in capitals repeating everything is previously sent. I have rang the bank. I have to wait 15 days and can then raise a dispute to have my money paid back although the company has 40 days to reply. So all in all a long process. I have spent hours trying to sort this. Disgusting disrespectful and look at other review sites it shouldn't be happening.

I would rather get feet fungus than order from them again. Paid for next day delivery which didn’t come. Only one item delivered out of 10 and still charged me for all. AVOID!!!

Terrible customer service since they changed ownership. I have bought and item online and unable to return. They make almost impossible to return your items. They have no customer service phone number to call either. Please try to avoid them

Ordered fathers days present on monday. Paid next day delivery. Over £250 spent and nothing. Just a order confirmation email and no delivery. Moneys been taken and bank have advised will take weeks to get my money bank. Sent multiple emails with no replies and no customer service to contact. Fuming is an understatement. Kids left with no gifts for dad tomorrow. Disgusting

Appalling service from HoF after ordering online. Unlike most stores, you have to pay for click & collect; delivery to store was also four days when most are next day. However, it was the only place I could get the goods. I picked up my trousers - short length when I had ordered long. I couldn't just hand them back, I had to pay to post them and will have to wait for a refund. This is after their error: £4.99 click & collect plus £6.40 postage for nothing. Do not use this service.

Terrible service. I can’t imagine and understand why I have to be the victim of this kind of service. This is the lesson of my entire life, and I will never buy anything from house of fraser in the future. I made my online order on 8th of April. Even I was so patient of waiting the order to be delivered, but nearly after one month, I received the announcement of some items in the order were out of stock and were canceled. I was a little sad, and then received the half of my order on 6th of May (after the transaction on 8th of April). The thing is that the full amount of money of this order is charged immediately on 8th of april, and House of fraser refused to refund for their cancelled items. I feel so frustrated, and my bank asked me to ask them and they gave me full proof with bank statement showing the full amount of money were sent to their bank account. And now it is end of May, the only thing that they told me is they didnt know, just ask the bank even I gave them full evidence that where the money did go to. And they showed me nothing. This is not fair for me at all. If you can show me the fault I made here, is this just because I used to trust on HOF service?

WARNING Just returned an online order (Ralph Lauren mens polo shirt) to the Cabot circus branch Bristol, absolutely shocking they wouldn't refund the price I paid online back to my credit card unless I sent it back via post of which i have to pay for as they will not do returns in store, (even when the product is of faulty goods ) i spoke to a female manager after the male shop assistant told me he can only give me a credit note, the manager he got over would not budge and said that's all I'm entitled too, then they told me even if the goods are faulty I lose my delivery fee of £4.99, so i ended up even more out of pocket by having to take a credit note instead of what i paid even though the polo shirt arrived yesterday and I returned it at 10am this morning the next day, if your a fool like i was and shop there, you have no chance of getting your money back, ive told them i will not be back and another shop assitant told me they get loads of complaints about this, so i had to buy another item to get ride of this pathetic credit note, i will be putting the £3 remaining in the bin, house of fraser look after your high paying customers get your house in order please... BE WARNED..DO NOT SHOP AT HOUSE OF FRASER OR ONLINE .... EditDelete Share
