I am a fan of HOF and recently found lovely crockery in the sale from the Hotel collection and Linea collection. There were some issues with packing and delivery and even though the customer services team quickly issued replacements twice but the some of the items arrived broken again due to insufficient packing or inappropriate packaging and fragile labels. Please note HOF, a better packaging service is expected from this brand!

Ordered 2 items and wasn’t impressed with the packaging ... one was a designer belt and the box was mangled. Shame because it was a present for someone.

This is the second parcel from house of Frazer and both have been damaged They have been left under the wheels of my car m, the box that the boots were soaking wet and the laces damaged Second parcel not packed well and China and glass smashed I could have cut myself

With being a big company you dont expect to be paying to return items that are to big/small . Just short of £5.00 to return a dress when you can't get into a store so everything is via online you most definitely not be charging so much I will not be ordering again for that reason

i wasn’t allowed to cancel an order despite it not being sent out and there was a security tag left on my clothes which i couldn’t get off

Hermes the delivery company used by Solihull house of Fraser sent me reminders to pick up the order when the order had not arrived at One Stop.

Goods are excellent. Its the delivery and return process that let's your business down. For example you pay for delivery. My items were to small. You pay for returns. You wait for refund. You order again and pay again for delivery The whole process is extremely lengthy and costly You should adopt the m and m approach on delivery and returns. This is and will put me off ordering in the future which as a business you don't want

Bought swimwear online & was not aware of the no returns of swimwear until I received the order. Don’t understand this policy as the wasn't stated on the webpage. Bought quite a few to see what I liked & now I can’t return them , didn’t even try them on! The sticky tape is on the items for hygiene purposes . It’s a bit unfair as i can’t go into shop to view items & when I buy to view I can’t return items. Please can you get back to me Te this issue?

Unfortunately the last 2 purchases this month have not been in stock after order placed ! So therefore made postage expensive for 1 item !

I was very happy with the watch I purchased. However I wasn’t happy with the delivery service as it got left outside for hours where it could have been stolen.

Most of the items I got were Great! Some were unfortunately below expectations and I emailed customer service regarding making a return since the 30th of January but I'm yet to receive a response. It's disappointing!

The Christmas gift package We’re broken (metal) it looked pretty ugly when Gift wrapped. I also bought Kitchen weighing scales - packaging broke and the weighing plate got damaged. Also over Christmas I got Ted baker travel wallet Same - scratch on the face of wallet. All my gifts were destroyed. And I have not received any exchange for anything yet

I bought 2 Fabienne Chapot dresses in the sale. Sadly not for me. One arrived so badly creased I couldn't see how it would ever iron out - it was also missing the same fabric belt. The other was beautifully wrapped - I suspect direct from the manufacturer and hadn't ever been out of the bag. Sadly that one was too long - it reached the floor at the back and was a supposed midi. Returns are a bit of a pain as you have to pain the postage yourself, which given one item was missing something and therefore faulty is a bit annoying. I'd normally have walked to my local store to make the return - obviously not HoF fault that they aren't open, but many on-line retailers offer a free returns service.

Order placed but only half the items arrived as others were out of stock. As there is a delivery charge it would have been nice to be given to option to add replacement items to my order instead of incurring a further charge. No response from the help email

Product and service excellent as always. My only comment is the delivery charge. I spent over £50 and they still charge delivery in full

The coat wasn’t what I expected. Plus I had to pay to return it which was disappointing. Most shops provide a prepaid returns label

The site accepted my order then cancelled one part of it. I agreed to pay postage based on two items not one. I would not have ordered just one item as it was for my daughter and needs comparison for size and fit. As it happens the remaining item does not fit and on checking the size guides I find that the sizings are not consistent over the range of products. ie a size 7 corresponds to a different euro sizing on different products. It is difficult enough to buy anything in these tricky times without online sites causing confusion and time wasted. I give up and would rather not buy anything at all. I do NOT think this is what you are aiming for!!
