“Purchased an item on Nov. 30th. Still hasn't arrived. Originated in China. Only information I can get is that it had been cleared in China, and in transit. Notified humble household twice, and have heard nothing back. They are just awful! I'm afraid it might be a scam site.”

They sent me a tracking number and when I traced the tracking number it showed that my package had been delivered to China! On December 11th! At 8:51 p.m. I sent three lengthy emails to humble household support and got no response! Then I called the better business bureauand shocker, the only address listed for them is in Panama! With no street address.So I guess at almost 78 years old I got ripped off! Do not order products from this company unless you want to lose your money!”
“My order too a month to arrive, and I mysteriously had my CC number stolen around the same time my order was placed .. luckily my CC company called me, but not until 17 transactions had been attempted... And 4 got through. Thankfully they canceled all of them for me and sent me a new card. My product arrived this week, and is ok.. super cheap but I didn't pay much for it.”
“I ordered two light up dreamcatchers which I ended up paying over $50 AUD for. They took over three weeks to arrive and when they finally did they were terrible quality - nothing like what was shown in the pictures. One was VERY small, whilst the other quite big (in the picture they were shown to be the same size). They are basic dreamcatchers worth maybe $5 at most and then spritely in the bag was some wired lights that you had to thread around the dreamcatcher yourself - one of which did not work even when the battery was replaced. Terrible service, terrible quality - a total rip off and scam”
“Not until after payment are you informed that your order will take 15-20 business days to arrive. Most companies would recognize that this is important information to know BEFORE you order - but, of course, scam companies count on you being too busy to cancel your order. Fortunately I was able to get a cancellation immediately (by threatening to contest the charge and contact the BBB). If I had come to this site first, I would never have given them my CC #.”

“This company is a joke. I put in an order 11/19 and today is 12/11 with NO delivery yet. I keep checking the tracking info, last updated 11/26. I then had to call USPS to get an update and it apparently is "preparing for dispatch" today. ALMOST a month later. I will not ever be purchasing from here again.”
