“I have ordered more than 3 weeks ago and have not received my order I will never order from u again It says it is still being delivered but havent received it yet”
“I ordered yesterday and decided to add to the order. Sent an email to see if they could combine into 1 order to save on shipping. I received a generic response and tried contacting them again. 3 e-mails later, - silence. I never received an order confirmation, which made me quite suspicious, which lead me here. Obviously a thoroughly bad business. I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge as I was ordering gifts for Christmas. Beware of vendors on Facebook!”
“Ordered angel glass holders about a month ago for Christmas gifts. Have heard nothing!!! Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered...didn’t see that site!!”

“Unfortunately the glass angels that I ordered were broken when I received them. They seemed to be packed well so perhaps they were dropped one too many times? I contacted customer service via email and they could not have been more helpful! I called on a Tuesday and my money was refunded by Thursday. I gave 5 stars on this review because of the excellent customer service.”
“Received my item in a million pieces. Not only did it take a month to receive the packing looked like a 2 yr old packed it. Glass product wrapped in a thin layer of plastic and shoved in an envelope. Wtf Humble Household. You are on Santa’s naughty list this year.”
“The problem is not the product, but how Humble Household promote ecological products and have them made in China, plus all of the delivery process that goes with it.

“Ordered the Rose of Jericho plants. The reviews indicate that they are great gifts, which led me to believe there would be some kind of package with instructions, etc.
They came in a plastic envelope with no other packaging, just dried out plants and dirt inside and on the outside of the envelope. I will try to update my review after attempting to bring these plants "back to life" as advertised.”

“Products took a long time to arrive (which I didn't mind too much), but when they arrived the 4 resuable waterproof bags (eco friendly) were:
- ALL faulty; none of the bars that seal the top of the bag could go past half way, therefore none of the bags can be used.
- wrapped in excessive plastic (this was what I am trying to reduce!).
- cheaply made.
I will never order products from here again and am warning others about wasting their money! Definitely a Chinese company masquerading as an American company.”
