“Delighted with goods which were presents for my daughter. The packaging was superb, classic brown paper,tied with string. The chocolates included as a treat was a lovely touch, than you very much.”

“The personal touch from these people makes buying from them a joy. My package arrived hand-wrapped and tied. Inside was a short, handwritten note saying they hoped I would enjoyed my goods. Such a change in this Amazon world. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“Lovely, well thought out range of products which never fail to impress the recipient. Excellent service which has a real personal feel to it. Some very delicate items were delivered in one piece, in a package complete with brown paper and string. Nice touch!”

“Iapetus is absolutely my favourite art / gift site online. They have a varied collection of lovely things – I've never not been able to find a gift when I've needed one. There's a virtual 'assistant' who pops up helpfully but goes away politely if you're just browsing. Items arrive super-fast, packaged beautifully (without exception - and I've used them a lot!) and always with a handwritten note - which is what wins them my vote. It's a simple but very personal connection with the customer.”

“Rang to discuss my order, and the lady was very helpful in accommodating my request. Very speedy response to request for more cards. Due to it being the Christmas period it was explained my order might take up to ten days to arrive - it was sent as soon as possible and it arrived in three days - very impressed with customer service”

“Purchased a special ring after a lot of thought and assistance to wear in memory of my Mum. Had some problems when the inner oxidisation caused some irritation to my finger. No problem for Iapetus though, they sent the ring back, had the oxidisation removed and it seems fine now. Many thanks for your great service and lovely products.”
