“My first order from iapetus was a disappointing experience. The website was wrong about the card I ordered being in stock but I was contacted to ask what I wanted to do about this. The pendant was apparently posted on Monday 15th September but didn't get here until the afternoon of Thursday 18th. The peacock pendant was much smaller than expected (I should have checked the dimensions), so not worth the money.”

“It is delightful to find such a wonderful shop with a diverse range of inspiring and original arts and crafts, also available online. I have visited the shop in Malvern (everyone is always very friendly, helpful and welcoming) and also ordered a few cards to "click-and-collect" - worked perfectly! This is a gem of a shop both worth a visit in Malvern and worth added to favourite bookmarks. Thankyou!!!”

“I bought a necklace online for my wife's birthday. I was a bit concerned because, as usual, I'd left it late; so I was pleased to see that guaranteed next day delivery was free. Perfect timing from the post office, it arrived while my wife was out! It was beautifully wrapped, so another job saved (and one which I'm rubbish at), and came with a little message that makes you feel your custom is appreciated. She loved it. Result. Good job Iapetus! Thoroughly recommended!”

“I ordered the simple iron letter rack as a gift for my daughter's 6th anniversary. Most iron gifts I looked at were too traditional so I was delighted to find this modern letter rack. It arrived beautifully wrapped and protected and I was not disappointed. I am sure my daughter and son in law will love it. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the product. I have shopped with Iapetus previously and am sure I will continue to do so.”
